Avoid this company: I was cheated for 3000 kr + got 10 weeks energy-draining discussion.
I bought a hard drive from senetic.dk. It was sent from Poland and I live in Denmark.
It arrived in 4 days, but it turned out that it was defect; very noisy + bad S.M.A.R.T status + errors during file transfer.
I immediately created an RMA and received e-mail that said I should wait for confirmation. Waited 3 days, heard nothing - then sent them an email - no reply.
Next week I called (support was in English). Next day, return label arrived in the mail.
I sent the hard drive back. Took 4 days to arrive. Did not received confirmation mail from the company.
Waited more than 1 week after they received it - then sent them new mail (had heard nothing, only got confirmation from UPS).
The next day I received this message:

Just for your information received module had physical damage as arrived.
Please find pictures enclosed.

Attached was some low-quality photos of my drive with some slight damage in the corner.
I do not think the damage was there when I sent it (and I certainly had not dropped the hard drive).
I had packaged the drive very well; original packaging with extra protection - so I have a very hard time believing that it should have happened during transport.
Same day I reply, saying how strange it sounds, and asking for time frame; no reply.
5 days more. Asking for status. Received reply the next day (below is literally the whole mail):

Unfortunately, manufacturers service rejected warranty claim due to physical damage of HDD.
Unfortunately, there is nothing else we can do about it.

Same day I reply:
I can't believe it. What kind of company are you running? You are scamming me for 3000 kr!!
.... (rant that they should give me my money back)
9 days later i receive:

The below decision was conditioned by the decision of the manufacturer's service about mechanical damage – CID.
The HDD was packed properly and had no damage at the time of shipment to the customer.
Please let me know where we can send the hard drive.
If there will come any other needs we would like to offer you a discount for the next order.

Then I say that I do not want the defect hard drive back, and I do not want discount -- I want my money back or a new harddrive, and threaten to write a 1-star review on Trustpilot.
and he replies:

I am sorry for this situation, but it is manufacturers decision.
Since it is damaged, we cannot replace it or refund order amount.

It is their word against mine, and I can do nothing. So be it. Here is a 1 star review. Ending this 2.5 months hell. Cant believe I wasted this much time and energy and money on nothing.
I hope this company will stop to exist soon.
