Fraud

Seniorly is using the picture of my house as a assistant living facilities. I have called them to take that site down. They will not answer the calls anymore. The house that they should have taken a picture of is across the street from me. I have complained to the BBB about this. I have alerted the Department of Community Services in Georgia. The home in question is letting some employees work everyday,
wonder how they are being paid.?

Inaccurate and false information being provided and no interest to correct it

Based on other local reviews I learned I’m not the only individual that feels and believes this agency is only out for money. Especially when I called my local advisor one that represents the company but claims “NO TIES”. Providing families misleading and false information to some is not only wrong but could be found illegal. Wanting to correct the information and advocate for accuracy information for the families seeking help for their loved ones is not only challenging but alarming the corporation is not concerned or interested in providing accurate information.
Families seeking help should do so with smaller referral agencies where information is accurate and advisors or business owners actually visit the facilities they refer to.

The agency they hire out to answer the calls lies to you

I have ALOT to say about seniorly from someone who once worked within. So seniorly.com hires out to a agency called lead genie. Lead genie answers their phones for intake. NOW heres the problem. the agents work from home so there is a huge HIPAA privacy concern. AND there were agents who if they did not like the caller they spoke with. They would take their personal information and send it off to another site known to harrass people for years on end. A place for mom was the site. Seniorly sells your information to multiple parties and lies to its people about privacy as does the agency they hire to work from home and answer these very important and most times sensitive phone calls. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! ALSO if you don't accept the help they offer. And you hang up on them. They risk getting fired for not meeting quota. SOOOOOOO be extra cautious. They will lie, cheat, and steal to meet their quota percentages.

Wonderful Senior Care Company

I highly recommend Seniorly Yours. I used them to help when my dad was in bad health and my mother was not able to care for my dad by herself. I also used them several years later to keep my mother when she was not able to stay alone. They were kind and respectful to both parents and very patient knowing that some of their actions were not who they really were before their health problems. They are easy to work with and will listen to whatever problems may arise. I will use them again if there is ever a need. They are a 5 star in my books!!!

Expect to get many responses from many agents

In fairness I did not try the website to find a facility as if they will deceive me with marketing how can I trust them beyond that. The website I put my information in was for 1 specific facility. Apparently Seniorly baited me because the next thing I knew I was getting bombarded with calls, texts and emails. All the Callers / texters / emailers stated they were the representative in this area. They are actually 1 of many and I will not deal with a company that acts in this manner.
Try it yourself and see how many responses from how many agents you get.

My aunt stayed at Azelea Gardens Care…

My aunt stayed at Azelea Gardens Care Facility back in April of 2022 and was there for about 10 months. When she first arrived, she was on the road to being bed-bound. The doctor placed her on a home exercise program in which she had to do light exercises 2-3 times days a day. That's a little demanding but with the constant guidance of the staff, (even when she didn't feel like doing anything) my aunt was able to stick to the doctor's orders, for the most part, and exercise a little every day. At the end of her stay, she was able to sit up on the side of the bed all on her own, feed herself and tolerate going to the bedside commode. My aunt is also a very picky eater and they graciously accommodated her with meals she liked. I'm especially grateful for the care she received and all of the dedication and support she had before returning home. They did all of the hard work and I would recommend Azalea Gardens Care Facility for both short and long-term care.

I only give a 1 star for the effort…

I only give a 1 star for the effort given to those who attempted to do a job by getting out if bed.,
I called the number on the page showing property only to find out it was an intake procedure by a kind of answering service. They asked several questions about my mother and her needs and then said someone would call me back. That person didn’t call but texted and asked me how he could help. I was not about to repeat info SI had already given. Terrible process.

Call the facility and not the pricing phone number.

I liked that it showed pictures and looked nice, but if you call the number for pricing you are NOT talking to the facility. The facility prices are much cheaper than those listed on this website because they are charging a fee for you to use them. Also some of the amenities listed on their site are not correct. Seniorly is misrepresenting Senior living facilities, I would recommend you call the facility directly and bypass Seniorly.

A friend recommended I check out…

A friend recommended I check out Seniorly as I began the process of finding senior living for my dad. I appreciated that they connected me with a real person who I met offline and took tours with. Tony C was a real delight to work and he was very patient with all my questions and concerns. The website itself had prepared me for asking the right questions during the tours and I am reasonably sure that the choice we made for my father was a good one.

Misleading

I decided to watch the video on Seniorly's website. At 21 seconds, they indicate, "without requiring you to give out your personal information...". So I clicked on the button to get pricing of a facility I was interested in. The third question asked for my full name and the next question asked for my email address. I closed the web page immediately. If you cannot be honest in your marketing video, I cannot trust your organization.

The Seniorly team

The Seniorly team, starting with Andrew Barrett, Amanda and Cindy (I think that is her name), is amazing, prompt, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable. The nurses have a vast amount of experience in geriatric care and knowledge of the facilities in the Tampa Bay Area. They know all the ins and outs of negotiating Medicare and other agencies from many different perspectives enabling them to solve issues before they become problems!

Thank you
