Bought a car got it home diesel leaking…

Bought a car got it home diesel leaking all over and Speedo didn't work, why have you been tampering with milage on cars. NIGEL BOWDEN biggest con man ever and his son isn't any better. Feel like we should all go and make a joint statement. Sells scrappy cars, won't even get one drive from them.

DEATHTRAPS FOR SALE

Honestly cant even explain the stuff this man has done. January 2022, I bought my first ever car from what was at the time Bowden Cars. I was told when purchasing the car I had 14 days warranty and could return the car within these 14 days for a refund if I decided the car wasn't for me. 5 days after, I returned the car as the engine seemed to be knocking and Chris Cunningham told me "i cant just turn up and expect a refund". He told me to message Nigel Bowden via email and from 28/01/21 to 16/02/21, I was in contact with Nigel but he still wouldn't finalise the refund. I took legal action and won my court case against Bowden Cars (who didnt even show up) in August and they were ordered to pay me the money back. Due to them changing their name all I got off Nigel Bowden was "its a Bowden Cars issue, not Senna Autos" but obviously you could not contact Bowden Cars as emails/phone numbers had been changed. I realised I was never going to get my money back, so decided I would get the car sorted even if it was going to cost a lot. I was told yesterday by the garage that the car Nigel sold me was so dangerous that even him fixing certain things wouldn't make the car fit for use. He had sprayed over corrosion underneath, and used the spray paint to try to fill in a hole in the fuel tank. I can't believe a person could sell a vehicle in that state to someone knowing that its a death trap and their life is at risk.

The faults of the car were:
• Mass Air Flow Filter (which was an issue on its MOT which it somehow passed)
• Clutch had completely gone (even though Chris and Wes said it was a brand new one)
• Fuel Tank Leak (which they knew about and tried covering up)
• Corrosion all underneath (which Bowden Cars painted over to cover up)
• Battery was knackered
• Back door wouldn't lock

I also think Berkeley Street MOT Centre needs looking into as it seems someone from there is passing these death traps and letting Nigel sell them, knowing that the cars are faulty.

How this criminal is still in business…

How this criminal is still in business is beyond me. Nigel Bowden should be behind bars. His rebranding of his businesses is nothing short of fraudulent, he falsifies MOT certificates, lies and takes money from good people and frankly puts their lives at risk. I have left a review of my experience with Nigel under Hyde autos or whatever it was that week. I also reported to trading standard and the police.
This guy pisses so many people off that someone has created a blog warning against using Nigel.
Think about this.
Anyone that replies to a negative review as ‘stop wasting my time’ shouldn’t be in business.

Scam

bought a Volvo from those guys they bought it to me a week late with a dead clutch, I sent back to them and they bled the system and told me it had had a new cluch they also gave back to me with a air bag light on (pretty sure illegal) and then when the cluch failed again they wouldn't pay for it to be fixed by a compitant mechanic so they pretty much sold me a car for 2300 that was actually worth 350 in scrap, anyway see you guys when you change your name again.

Had to give 1 star as they don’t have 0…

Bought bmw from them but after 2 months discovered I had a leak in the braking system so took it to my local garage only to find the underneath was completely rotten with rust. Finished at the scap yard after speaking with Nigel who didn’t want to know. Reported the mot garage as it should never have had an mot. Keep away you have been warned
