It worked! I had a crazy experience going into Radiohead show, I was short two tickets with only an hour before showtime at a VERY sold out show.
I was skeptical at first but I found two tickets on Sensational Seats. I usually use other ticket agencies....but noone else had a pair left so debated then bought them. While I walked around the venue looking for tickets, I got a text from the ticket owners and they gave me instructions on how to pick up the Gift card at a local 24/7 Fed Ex store. I was able to walk to gain entry and the tickets to Radiohead. It worked! I'd buy from them again for sure...

We bought NHL tickets
We bought NHL tickets, got to the game and the tickets said in use. Took 40 MINUTES to get ahold of sensational seats and by this time the game is in second intermission and they said they have no more tickets available to get us in the game and refund would take 3-5 days. This was the last game at the Joe and we were extremely disappointed with this ticket service

Save Your Money, buy elsewhere
Amazing how you can be on their website and they show price for the tickets which were reasonable and then when you select the button to purchase and a $45.36 fee per ticket shows up int he bottom right hand corner. They said this fee is on the bottom right hand side of the screen, sorry but I did not see it. Robert the customer service manager was rude and really did not care to talk to me. Unfortunately, they won't cancel my order. I would recommend anyone reading this and thinking about placing an order with Sensational Seats to rethink and spend your money elsewhere.

Dishonest
Sent my review in about how good the service and tickets were. They send back that their tickets are 14 to 15 percent less than the seller price. When I received my tickets it shows the face value was 20 dollars per ticket less than what they advertised. Please stop being dishonest with me. Your added fees are just to high. Bottom line.

We thank you for your business. We are not being dishonest. The seller listed the Minnesota Wild tickets you bought, 4 for $711.63. Our site discounted this price to $612 for the 4 tickets before the service fees were added. That is a 14% discount. We never said anything about face value, simply the seller price.
We are a ticket marketplace. We do not set the original prices, the seller does. We then discount the seller's price by 14-15% from whatever they set the price at before our service fees are added. Most of the time, tickets are priced above face value, although about 40% of the time they are priced below face value. Our site clearly states that we are a ticket marketplace and that prices may be above or below face value. We are just wanting you to understand how the secondary ticket market works and that our final checkout prices are lower than most other secondary ticket sites most of the time.
We are sorry for your frustration. We hope you will consider us again in the future.

Tickets did not work, I was told they were tickets for a different concert. So disappointed! My family drove two hours to come see the concert with me and we didn't even get to go in. Will not buy any more tickets. I purchased tickets to fifth harmony and it says I purchased tickets to Demi Lovato. On the tickets it says fifth harmony but when it was scanned it says Demi Lovato.
