In March of 2025, we contracted with Sensations Worldwide for the ECS conference in Germany and agreed upon a design that was not executed per the drawings or contract. The lower curve of the modular structure failed inspection and had to be straightened using parts from the closet, which impaired the look of the side of the booth. The letters in our logo were supposed to be backlit. The execution of these letters failed immediately, and tape was used to try and rectify the execution, which failed almost immediately on Day 1 of the show. They did replace with a flat printed panel on Day 2. A panel also fell and almost hit a seated customer on Day 1. Very few of the consumables that were ordered and paid for were delivered during the length of the show. We had to purchase most of them ourselves from the convention center. Upon Days 2 + 3, more parts of the booth started to fail, tape was hanging from the top of the booth, looking like our booth had toilet paper hanging from it. There were other notable issues, but the failed letters of our logo were by far the most embarrassing. Multiple times we contacted the project manager, and she just kept saying “I will contact the guys.” Very little was done to rectify the many issues we encountered. After the show, we reached out to the project manager with a list of issues (per her request) and asked for compensation due to the failed contracted design, as well as the negative impact on our brand. Sensations refuses to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Their response to the failed backlit letters was that ‘they were forced to change the contractor it usually uses to make this type of decoration to another one’ and ‘did not make this panel and therefore is not directly responsible for the situation that occurred’. Their only offer was to ‘grant a discount for the execution of the next order’. What is disheartening is that we have photos that prove everything, but they still deny any wrongdoing and deny they owe us any compensation. We will NEVER work with them again and would caution any other company from ever using Sensations Worldwide for their booth execution. It’s obvious they cannot execute on what they design, nor take pride in their workmanship.

Do not use Sensations Exhibits for your trade show booth, especially if you are based in the U.S. I found out they are based in India and everything ships from there, which was very misleading. We recently had our biggest 3-day trade show of the year take place in Vegas, and they did not have the main center structure installed, and they did not have any of the lights and LED lights for our backlit graphics installed until day 3 of the show. They refuse to compensate us for their shortcomings, and we had already paid them a large sum for a future trade show, and they refuse to return the funds to us. It has been a nightmare dealing with Sensations Exhibits. Save yourself the stress and headache and pay a little more for a legit, ethical, and reputable U.S. based company.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sensations Exhibitions at Grocery Shop 2024. Despite presenting clear requirements and proofs, the stand they delivered fell significantly short of expectations:

Poor Stand Execution: The booth was not ready in time for the show. Critical elements were either missing or incorrectly installed, including the failure of the promised LED features and improperly mounted logos.

Non-Functional Equipment: Screens did not work, causing significant disruption to our presentations and attendee engagement.

Unprofessional Project Management: Communication and project oversight were lacking throughout the process. On-site union labor, managed by Sensations, made errors that were left unresolved.

Hidden Costs: We encountered unexpected expenses that were never disclosed upfront, adding frustration to an already disappointing experience.

No Accountability: Attempts to rectify issues were inadequate, and follow-up communication post-event has been slow and dismissive.

Sensations Exhibitions has failed to resolve our concerns. They offered a meagre credit note, but we won't be using their services again.

We cannot recommend Sensations and strongly advise others to seek more reliable and professional exhibition stand solutions. Spare yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Very good company. Their result driven approach has done wpnders for us. Moreover whenever I face any issue, I get prompt support from them that too on a single mail.

The Sensations Exhibits Team always provides a high-level, professional working experience. We have worked with them for over 5 years, and built a great mutual partnership as a result.

Fast communication and feedback. Excellent advice and ideas to improve the design. Overall very pleasant to work with all of Sensations Exhibits.

In Summary, we hired this company for the CONEXPO Trade Show.
- They setup the Booth LATE
- The booth was not installed correctly
- The carpet was installed incorrectly
- They will not answer their phones
- 1/2 the phone numbers on the email signatures are disconnected
- After aknowleging that the design was mishandled, they refuse to provied any type of refund for the errors on their part.

Save yourself the headache. I wouldnt wish this experience on ANYONE.

Hello, I have posted a review with Photos on Google for consideration. This company did a very, very poor for my company at ConExpo 2023. Late to install, all graphics were sloppy and uneven, the carpet was the wrong color and design, they never install our 35' overhead, the quality of the lights in the backlit graphics were very low, there was garbage from the last client in all of our cabinets, chairs and cabinets were filthy. It is very difficult to find a trade show booth design and construction company that can understand your brief and then provides you with the best booth design. Sensations Exhibits is the company that I found very helpful, creative, knowledgeable, and most importantly experienced. The team at Sensations Exhibits is really helpful and made my booth a super hit on the show floor!
