“The truth hurts and is never pleasant.” On top of scamming me, because they didn't like my comment, they have cancelled and blocked my account. Listen to me, never buy from this website. They are thieves and scammers.

I placed an order and was very, very disappointed. What I ordered (3mmc) didn't even remotely exist! It was absolutely disgusting, it looked like lime, this could be VERY DANGEROUS! I tried to contact them and ask for a refund, they said everything was fine with them. I work for the university and needed it for work. Now I'm turning everything over to the postal police to start an inspection of the company as well as the order I placed. The package is at their disposal, so don't be afraid and do the same. Be careful because they are dishonest and scammers. ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS!

The product I received is something that doesn't match what I ordered. First, its name is: 3-MMC Rock Crystals. The product I received isn't crystal, and finally, among other things, after performing a chemical analysis, it does NOT correspond to 3-methylmethcathinone.

I placed an order and they didn't send everything, and what they did send was incorrect. This site used to work very well, not anymore. Be very careful

Two weeks ago, I placed an order for over 300 euros. Everything went fine and the order arrived in 3 days. When I opened the package, over half the order was missing. I sent them a message and in a very bad english, "Alex" apologised and told me to order something else and they will add the missing items to the order. Like an idiot, I did that with a second bank transfer and a second 25 euro transport charge. (I really am an idiot, but I didn't have any other option.) Since them, No news and no responses to the 5 messages I've sent. Unless, they suddenly decide to fulfill the order, I've lost over 200 euros. They used to be a great site, something is really wrong...as if it's a pirate site with the same web design. Anyway, do not order anything from this site. "Sensearomatics.eu" I'm kicking myself that I fell victim to the scam (or their incompetence).

They send you to sensearomatics.net for the purchase of certain products not available on sensearomatics.eu then the classic scenario: bitcoins cashed then deep silence. Nice scam

Management has probably changed and they have become totally unreliable. The order arrives incomplete, with much less product than ordered and they do not respond to complaint tickets. In the past they were accurate and fast. Now it is to be avoided.

they are really good people and a special LAB. they got some dificulties like any other company, but they deal with it so quickly.

Scammers and swindlers, products do not arrive and do not resolve support tickets,
DON'T BUY ANYTHING!

Due to an error I made a purchase of a product that was not what I needed, I sent several tickets and no response, I hope they don't send this to me and that they refund the amount I paid because I made a new purchase and this is the correct product!

They send products with substances different from those advertised: low quality of the products, poor customer service, expensive products in general for the advertised quality (>90%).

guys be honest, if you choose regular mail with your order and it does not arrive, it is not SenseAromstics' fault, you already read in the conditions that no reship is done with regular mail, it is a perfect site, works perfectly

I received all my orders according to purchase, but they never answer the tickets, is a trustable website, sending by UPS is perfect and safe

I have used this site in the past and been happy with the service but my latest order hasn't arrived and I have been unable to get them to respond to my many attempts to contact them. After reading other reviews on Trustpilot, I fear this site might be deliberately scamming people. Happy to be proved wrong and to change this review should I finally get a response - and my order.

They don't answer the tickets for more than a month. They don't shin anithing since a time ago

I made a purchase on 11/September. I paid for the transport with a pager. And since I have the same bank as them, they received my payment on the same day.
However, they never sent anything. After writing them several messages, they have blocked my account and I can't even access it.

I am extremely unhappy with this page. On September 7 I placed an order and to date I have not received any shipment or response to any of my messages. The lack of communication makes me doubt the reliability of this platform, and I feel like they have taken my money without any justification. I demand an immediate response and a solution to this situation.

Colis perdu et ne répondent plus aux demandes/tickets depuis plus de 30 jours.

Parcel lost and no longer responding to requests/tickets for more than 30 days.

Product delivered. Product completely off what it was supposed to be. Inactive chemicals at best harmful at worst.
I am sorry but this place should shut down!
