Ordered a painting through Amazon on…

Ordered a painting through Amazon on December 6, 2023 I was told that i would receive the painting around December 21st - 27th, 2023. I decided to cancel the order on December 8, 2023 and was sent the following message: Dec 8, 2023 3:16 PM
Hi,
We're really sorry, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order has it is about to ship and we cannot cancel the process.
If you need, you will be able to return the item once it arrives.

1st- Sense Canvas is refusing to refund my $199.80 although the painting has not shipped.
2nd They are forcing me to received the painting and then ship it back to them at my own expense.
3rd - This is not good business. especially when the product has not shipped. Sense Canvas is refusing to cancel the order. Consumers be aware of these types of practices.

Quality product and superb customer service

My canvas was delivered much faster than expected and in excellent condition.
It is beautiful!!!
I contacted customer service with a question and the response was immediate. I mean with in 10 minutes!!! I contacted them during business hours but still, I have never had such a quick response ever!!!
I am grateful to have found Sense Canvas. I highly recommend them.
