Long term lower back pain after injury three years ago. Stretches and heat helped a bit but not enough for me to take the pain below a 6/10.
‘SENSE for joint and bone’ has been a real surprise because my pain is no more than 2/10 and this after only about a month of use. Actually impressed 😊.

I bought zinc tablets from sense health

These zinc tablets are a great option for those who have a deficiency in that mineral. The tablets are speedily delivered in protective and individual blister packaging. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.

The benefits of taking the capsules, that I experienced was energy boosting and superior mood.

As I have IBS I decided to try their gut health capsules to see if they would help with my symptoms.

Unfortunately I think the garlic in them was a trigger for me, so I won't continue using these. But I haven't marked them down as that's a personal issue and otherwise the product is good.

Came very quickly and well packaged, all the pills were still intact.

The smell/taste is quite herbal but you get used to it quickly. Although they're quite large they're pill shaped, so easier to swallow!

If you're looking for a natural product then I would definitely recommend these.

I gave the capsules a try as had an inflamed stomach to see if they would help. I found them to be a great help and reduced the bloating too. I recommend using these, a
bonus they are 100% vegan.

My package came very quick and it was well packaged and the product itself was great and worked as it should!

I tried the sense Zinc'd products, purchasing through amazon. They were cost effective, didn't smell and came in a neat packet rather than a bottle. There's the added bonus you can double up on them if you want to or forget to take one.

The packaging of the supplements was really nice, a great size and well designed. The tablets look quite big but they were surprisingly easy to swallow, I liked that there was no offensive taste to them too. I bought them because I have suffered from joint pain recently and I can honestly say that after taking these for 30 days I have seen an improvement.

I have tried different multivitamin supplements over the years, rarely any one brand or type for more than a month or two. I like the look of the Zinc'd capsules, and gave them a whirl. I found the capsules to be reasonably sized, and consequently easy to swallow, with no adverse reaction or stomach problems. Personally I would prefer it if the capsules also included magnesium, B complex vitamins etc, if only for the convenience of having everything I want/need all in one dose. These capsules are gluten free and vegan friendly if that's a concern for you - neither of those factors affect me, but I think it's good that these are manufactured and marketed with that in mind.

I tried the sense for busy lives superfood powder and thoroughly enjoyed this product. It is packed with many nutritional ingredients and great as an everyday supplement. It lasts a long time, I still have approx 1/5 left after using the product for 2 weeks. The product mixes with food well and does not leave a bitter taste, like some powders do.

I ordered some tablets from Sense health via Amazon. Sadly, through no fault of Sense Health, they went missing enroute and I never received. Had to have a bit of a to and fro, and eventually managed to get the product sent out and received ok second time round!
So products are good, but knocked some stars off for the delays in resolving a missing item.

They are easy to swallow as not too big and are tasteless. The packaging provides lots of useful information. I have noticed an increase in energy levels whist taking them, however I wouldn’t get them all the time as they are quite pricey.

I was very pleased with the gut health capsules made by this company that I purchased off Amazon. I felt that they helped me to feel less bloated and reduced the amount of wind. They were carefully sealed and delivered promptly.

I bought the Joint & bone capsules via Amazon a few weeks back. Simple and demure packaging typically using a giant bottle where a much smaller one would have done the job - a shameless waste of plastic IMHO.

Capsules not too large and easy enough to swallow with water - no flavour to speak of. I have a few creaky joints as I'm just getting up to 40 and I can't say I saw much improvement with regular use over a few weeks. Maybe if I keep persevering I will relive my youth.

I bought Sense for joint &bone from Amazon. I have been using the product for a month now and have started to notice some results. I feel less stiffness than usual. I am really impressed that they contain a good amount of Vitamin D2 and they are also free from allergens like gluten and soya. It also has other vitamins like vitamin C and folic acid.

I bought the Sense for Busy Lives Supplement powder as I was impressed with the combination of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Have found it easy to use, just mixing with water, juice, yogurt or smoothies (worked best with the smoothies as the powder has a mild fruity flavour). After 2 weeks, can feel a small improvement in my energy levels, which is great!

I had used sense for busy lives for 30 days and unfortunately it didnt do anything. I havent noticed any improvements in my energy level or general wellbeing. It is just waste of money. And the taste and smell is really bad. I felt sick couple times trying to swallow it. I wont buy it again.

Ordered Sense for Gut Health capsules and after trying them for a month found they helped a bit with bloating and digestion.
