After placing my order, I received an email from FedEx asking me to pay an additional €96 just to receive my products. What a joke.

I ordered 2 shirts on Dec 2, 2024. They were supposed to be Christmas presents... It's now Jan 7, 2025 and I don't have the shirts, or an update on shipping, or ANY communication regarding the order other than the order confirmation email. Is this site/store legit?!?

They DO NOT offer refunds. I ordered several anime shirts and the prints look way lower quality than what was shown on the website.

I orded two shirts from the website and they delivered them within 2 weeks which is totally fine for me. I texted the owner through instagram and got quick responds and an own customisation. They somehow aint responding on emails but on instagram. The shirts are fitting really good and the quality is also really nice. 10/10 recommendation for those who wanna have anime shirts for the gym or daily use.

Ordered 2 shirts on the 4th July, paid for express post.
Received a confirmation email that my order has been received and since then have had no reply.
Sent 4 emails and 3 instagram messages and have received no reply, shirts have still not arrived almost 21 days after ordering.

Placed an order with premium delivery that was meant to arrive in 8 days it's been like 13 days now. I haven't received any emails regarding the shipment... Try to contact them nobody responded to my email, I don't even know if they sent the order or no. Ruined all my plans don't buy from this store!!!

My experience with Senshi was very good. I ordered a shirt and asked them if they could put the print on the front instead of the back, and they were very friendly and said they could do it for me. Shipping was reasonably fast considering it had to go through customs etc, shirt quality was good.

While this store has cool designs that I'd love to continue purchasing from, the issues with defective shirts and the horrible customer service will keep me far away. It's such a pity.
I received a defective shirt, and I asked for a credit instead of refund as I thought there would definitely be an item I'd love to get from them in the future. I was issued credit however not informed of the conditions even when I requested to know this information. 2 months later when I tried to claim it, they said it was expired and after so much back and forth I was finally able to use the credit. Be aware that you have to wait for at least a week to receive a response from anyone there. Horrible experience.
