It didn't work this time

The first time I used the fat out it worked I lost 10lb, I felt good. The second time it not working as expected I was telling my friends how good it was though. I like it and still using them.

My Testosterone Boost tablets never worked for me if anything they messed up my libido and sent it going flat as a pancake... Disappointed with these expensive tablets.

Sensilab needs to be sued. They are total scammers!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SENSILAB! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER!!

Just see the other 1 star reviews and there's alot, you will understand why. I didn't receive product twice in 2 months and even after I stopped my subscription they still are taking money from my account. There support doesn't work or it's non existent. I am in touch with my bank to manually block them from taking money. These guys are scammers and they WILL scamm you. I wish someone sued these pos.

SCAM and ABUSE

Hello. I ordered one time and they keep on sending me the same order every month. They have send me extra 5 orders. In the begging I accepted them because I thought it’s a mistake from them and I wanted to be nice and understanding.
But they abuse it.
They are doing it to get extra sales. It is a SCAM!

I have tried repeatedly to cancel my order, and stop the subscription. I've emailed them repeatedly and no reply either. The chatbot is useless. And they have sent me an order of specifically requested that they did not. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

I do not recommend

The package they sent me was left on the street in front of the door on their orders. It disappeared. I had a very difficult time contacting them and for a month now I have not had an answer as to whether they will refund my money or send me a new package. Very bad experience. I do not recommend.

Dishonest and fraudulent business Practise

I ordered a product on 20.09.25 and could not cancel despite my request per email. I was told that I could not return the product and that I could not get a refund. As a matter of fact the product was delivered by Swiss Post . no address / name of sender
I state that when you order there is no mention of no returns, no refunds . I bought the product online through sensilab Switzerland. Sensilab Switzerland and probably France etc is located in Slovenia. You have no contact in CH
When I finally got through the customer support by email I received a written answer that product could not be returned as it would be blocked by customs, and they added be careful with your next order which will never happen!!I understand now why there is no address name of the merchant on the parcel. This is most dishonest and fraudulent. In Switzerland you do not have by law to accept a delivery which you do not want and therefore you are not liable for payment if product has not been received a returned to the Post office without having been opened. I did contact my bank and claimed for a refund / charge back. This kind of practise makes me even fear that products sold by Sensilab, but that I cannot confirm as I have not tried the product
