3 out of 4 supplements not doing anything

I am currently taking 4 different supplements from this company of which I feel only one, the Diabetyn is working for me.

Products not received and no update

Ordered my products on 18 Feb, now it’s the 28th and the only email about my order is that it has been delayed last week. Not any other update and my orders not been received!!

Very poor when it comes to returns

Very poor when it comes to returns. I did everything I suppose do, including paying for return package, you don't provide any return address label, I had to email you to give my any instructions how to send staff back to you and even after that your team didn't give me your company address so when I emailed you again to send me that address I had to wait all weekend to respond for my message. But the worst part is I haven't even get any massage from you that you received my return package(and I know it has been delivered because I checkedon RM website), nothing. Its just shows how do you treat your customers! As soon as I get my money back I don't want to have anything to do with you guys anymore and I told my friends either to do the same.

A very sad experience with dangerous products

A very sad experience. A dangerous company with dangerous products for health. Atrocious pain after ingesting the Iron vitamins... the multivitamins also have a very bad smell. I even canot get a refund because it passed the 15 days and I found to late that I must return them in 15 days...plus I am put to cover the back courier expenses which is odd. Shame on you. I will throw the bad and dangerous experience in garbage

I wouldn't buy from them

I wouldn't buy from them. My parcel got ripped apart and emptied and when I complained they told me to post the box back. No worries about my missing product or any correspondence with sensitive info missing. Their customer service is atrocious. I'm out a lot of money and no product.

Tried to order 2 products but had to order another product as there was a shortfall of 2cents for free shipping .
