I really wish I had read the reviews…

I really wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered a toddler table and chairs 10 days ago for my granddaughter’s birthday.
I received a notification of my order and the money was taken immediately. A week later and there was nothing as to whether it had been dispatched.
On enquiring about this, I had an immediate response asking for my order number (which I had included in my subject heading in the email) and apparently, for ‘security reasons’ my address (which would obviously have been part of my order number). I replied with the details within minutes. After which, a radio silence. Two days later I asked again. Nothing.
I then tried to contact them via their instagram account. Surprise, surprise, you can’t. They don’t accept messages or comments on their posts.
I can only agree with other people posting here that they’re a bunch of scammers. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. I will now consider my options via my credit card company.
There needs to be some legal redress with companies like this.
Shame on them.

Took my money and ran

Ordered a squishy cube and it arrived with a hole in, leaking stuff everywhere. Sent a photo and asked for replacement. They said I had to send the old one back so I printed a return label, packaged up etc and sent back. Heard nothing for ages, emailed several times with no response at all, called only to speak to an AI bot who just takes details and says you will get a callback. You won't. They've basically just stolen my money. I'm just lucky it was a cheap item unlike others. Wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering.

AVOID, quite possibly the worst company I have used

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever encountered. Poor quality items, poor packaging, zero customer service-it’s AI. Order took over eight weeks and then had the most expensive item missing, absolutely disgusting and appalling. Shame on them. Wish I read the reviews first. Please AVOID this company at all cost. I did a charge back because nothing was delivered and I was sure it was a scam. It was then delivered weeks after it was due. However because I did the chargeback they threatened court action and hounded me. Even though the order was missing the most expensive item. I paid it because it was relentless and threatening. I now have a contact name and email address though and will be reporting them to trading standards. Please read the reviews and don’t use them. I’ve seen reviews where they have treated schools appallingly. It’s not just consumers. Exploiting one of the most vulnerable groups in society.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company - absolutely avoid!!! I wanted to give my money to a small company rather than Amazon and now wish I hadn’t bothered. They sent (faulty and damaged) incorrect items and missed items from my order. Ignored all emails until I wrote a complaint threatening to report them. They then told me to return the products at my cost for a refund. They’ve since stopped responding to all emails. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

It's over a month and I haven't…

It's over a month and I haven't received my order, no responses, all AI. Will be reporting to Trading Standards. Glad I didn't spend more than I did for my friends disabled children.

Paid for goods which did not arrive.

I ordered goods. 16th Feb. Did not arrive. I have contacted this company several times and receive only AI responses. I phoned them and again got Louise the Bot. I will be reporting thus company to Trading Standards.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

How does one 2-star review and 13 1-star reviews equate to a rating of 1.9? Not least given that most of the 1-star posters would have given 0-stars if they could...

I have still not received my order, nor any communication relating to it. I have now taken the matter to Trading Standards and claimed against them under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. They have taken my money and not provided my goods, nor any explanation for a delay, which in common parlance is THEFT.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

At my wits end ordered item 28th November £175 for my grandson no show over 100 calls to robot Louise promising callback 🤣🤣🤣complete joke did get duplicate emails not reverlent my clever daughter got through to the business next door they gave us 2 new numbers no good I think they were in cahoots don’t know what to do I gather I lost my money

Shockingly bad customer automated services

I have only now read these reviews ! We too have been sent wrong items , no humans to speak too , all emails automated. I'm appaled that a education supplier could be so shockingly bad ! Issue been going on for 3 weeks ! We will never use this company again , and i advise all childcare settings to purchase elswhere

They sent the wrong item, the returns link didn’t work, they refuse to enable a return, have threatened to report me for fraud and now County Court (because my bank recovered my money through its Chargeback scheme).

Poor Customer service.

The 2 stars is for lack of customer service. Online form doesn't give a choice of general query, so that's no good. Online chat is automated response only. If you phone to speak to someone, it sounds like you have got through, then you realise you are speaking to a virtual assistant. Horrendous. Supposed to be getting a call back, but not holding my breath. Having read other reviews, grateful that at least I got my order.

Customer service severely lacking.

I don’t think this company even warrants one star, no stars wasn’t an option! I never received the item (intended as a Christmas gift), despite repeated messages, the communication was very poor - all automated responses - and at the end of January, I finally raised a transaction dispute with my bank because I’d still not received a refund. In fact, I am still waiting for some sort of acknowledgment of their poor service - an apology would be something.

Refund needs chasing and wrong amount refunded

Ordered a puppet theatre and finger puppets for Christmas. £61.98 Wrong theatre arrived but no puppets. Wrong theatre returned on Dec 29th. Had to chase return with 3 phone calls and numerous emails. Eventually when almost given up received a refund of £44.04 the cost of the wrong theatre not the one I had paid for. I will try for the rest but don’t touch this firm. Terrible customer service.
UPDATE: Still not received full refund on March2nd. Do not use this company as dreadful customer service.

Terrible

Terrible! Avoid at all costs. Customer service is terrible. Ordered in November, only part of the order arrived. After chasing continuously for a refund I had to claim the monies back through my bank!

Ordered a Christmas present for my…

Ordered a Christmas present for my Nephew On the 30th November. I was advised by email when I chased it would be here in town for Christmas.

Nothing ever arrived, the email response it automated, the phone response is a bot. None of these methods work in terms of achieving an update on delivery or a refund. Do not buy from this company
