I ordered the Jelly Fish lamp for my Nephews birthday. The Jelly fish weren’t moving/swimming and the water leaks. I’ve tried to contact multiple times, emails, messages ect to see if I could send it back for a replacement or get a refund no reply or response whatsoever, after weeks/months. Don’t waste your money, very poor customer service!

Excellent communication and customer service. Some of the items we were recommended by our OT weren't available on the website and Jody went above and beyond to restock and send them to us. She was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Easy to use website and fast delivery. The sensory tools themselves are as advertised - much appreciated. I use them in an adult training environment and have them for people to use for regulating concentration. People really appreciate having them there and are making good use of them. The ones with moving parts are generally nice and quiet which is perfect for a training environment.
