Complete scam, have paid and not received our order. Bank contacted and chargeback in effect.

To anyone interested in ordering from this company heed the reviews, they are absolutely scammers, you won't receive your goods & then after numerous unanswered calls, emails and messages they still have the audacity to tell me I'm rude for asking for my refund from April (it's now almost July) thankfully I only tried a small order with these cowboys but don't listen to the fake 5* reviews, trust me 😂

Be wary of this company - check out the owners previous company on companies house - SENSORY TOYS4U RETAIL LTD -Company number 15016677, its been liquidated with over £30K+ owed to creditors. The owner of that company now runs sensory solution wholesale - again check on companies house....same name, Mr D.

You would think the owner would have learnt from his mistakes with his previous business. Sadly we made an order and did not get stock as promised. But don't take my word from it - look at companies house, read the reviews of sensory toys 4u - the ones on this platform are shocking.

You don't need to rely on my review - look at CH, look at previous companies... do your own research. I wish we had checked CH although its difficult as Mr D has multiple name entry's on the companies house site so it makes it a little hard to connect the companies. But theres plenty of evidence online connecting mr D to the liquidated debtor company

Really horrible stuff. Plenty of evidence of wrong doing online- you don't need to take just my word for it. My own personal experience was negative and the records of past conduct on companies house reflect badly on this new company

If you decide to order - I wish you good luck and I hope you don't get ripped off. Please use a credit card - it makes it easier to recover funds in the event of any issues.

I have found from signing up to purchasing and collecting the company has been helpful and supportive of our small business. Making us feel welcome and not dismissed because were not as big as other companies. I highly recommend!

Company took money - did not provide delivery made fake excuses. Has not refunded.
This looks like a its a pheonix company, e.g one quickly launched as a previous company has been dissolved to avoid paying creditors. Be very careful.
