Susan the rudest person ever came and started screaming and openly admitted that she was racist !!!!! She made and 12 AND 8 YEAR OLD CRY!!!!!!! And saying it was the auntie who made them cry and rung the police saying she was assaulted and a bunch of lies IS RIDICULOUS !!! Trying to play the victim I would not recommend going with this company it is shocking!!!!

Susan very disrespectful no respect for anyone making my niece and nephew cry saying she won't be signing anything over. very disrespectful saying she racist she dosnt care about other people we just wanted to get the dice rolled and everything sorted would not recommended to anyone. She come in to property saying its a disgrace even though she just moved in

I paid and got auto email that will got the delivery date within 2 days, but It is no response after sending several emails. I will ask for refund and ask my bank to cut my payment for order 1298

very very poor service we have ordered over 6 months ago with them taking all our money and still nothing this is not on people, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

i ordered a climbing frame from this company and got an order confirmation.
The link on the email to track the order did not work so i emailed asking for a delivery date. Heard nothing for 3 weeks. Emailed again, messaged on their facebook - no reply. They have no phone number for you to call at all, so your email and your money goes into a black hole.

Recent reviews say similar so i can only assume they are no longer trading and have yet to close their website down so unfortunately people like me can still order.
I then receive this email to review them - it's like all their automated processes are still there but there are no products!

Don't waste your time - i was hoping this climbing frame would be here and being used by now, instead i have to chase my payment and re-order.

we paid over £700 for a light arch over 10 weeks ago. I have emailed in several times chasing delivery and you just keep replying you are looking into this. No further explanation. At this current time i do not believe you are a legit business. I will be asking the bank for our payment back today. Order number 1285 for your information should you bother to read and reply to this.

I still have no respond to my order. Sended a mail sended a message in ther site. Tried calling but number is not existent. Had no conform mail of my order but I paid it already. This is not okey. What’s the problem cause this is not okey

Galaxy bean bag is a really good addition to my son's space themed room it's very good quality and the print is great. The bag came quickly and I was informed when it had been dispatched and when it would arrive.

After emailing the company a few times about having no information about dispatch or delivery date etc for a few weeks after completing purchase I got an email back and the team then chased up my order and I recieved it soon after. The items are fantastic. My children love them.

I still haven't received my item over 3 weeks later it still hasn't even been dispatched with no explanation for any delay. I've had no response to my email asking for an update and instead have had 3 automatic requests asking me to review the item! Hoping it will be worth the wait but very disappointed with the service unfortunately.

Delivery was quick and the product intact. My kids have hours of fun.on the whizzy dizzy.

The table is amazing the children love it, it’s extremely well made. Happy all round!!

Stumbled across the site and fell in love with the range of items. I bought a sand and water table and stand and it got delivered super quick so was pleased with that and was so impressed with the product. My children have both been obsessed with it too as we use it for almost everything sensory and some little science experience too.

This is a great small company. Prompt and personal responses to enquiries. Delivery can be slow (to be expected at the moment) but someone always responds to an email which is reassuring. And they sell fun and unusual products for children during lockdown.

I was not happy with the product I ordered as I didn’t feel it was accurate to the description/image it showed. However, I requested a refund and informed sensory surroundings. They attempted to get in touch via phone and email, have agreed to issue a full refund, apologised and have explained they will look at updating the description of the product I ordered. Considering I was not happy with my purchase they have been very accommodating to rectify the problem in a good time frame and efficiently! Thanks again!
