Great customer service
Initially returned by Australia post as it wasn't collected. After contacting customer support, it was resent and was followed up until delivery was made. Great customer service and my nephew loves it too.

Fantastic product and great customer service
We had been gifted a starter pack Aussie mate for our 17 month old daughter and decided we needed the expansion pack too because it is such an amazing product and we love it but had an issue after check out. So I emailed sensory toys and very quickly the issue was resolved (at 10:45pm!) by Phillip who was absolutely amazing to deal with. My experience with this company has been awesome! The card reader I initially received had some glitches. I contacted the team and, at their request, sent through a couple of videos highlighting the issues. Their email communication was exceptional and a replacement was sent out within a week.

Product is a cheaply made, the cards rip very easily. My child is happy enough playing with it and copying the words, though it won’t last long at all. I like that is has an Australian accent.

Singing Giraffe for a 6 month old baby.
I bought a singing Giraffe and it stopped working completely and also didn’t charge back up at all. Used it half a dozen times when my Granddaughter visited. Complete waste of money. Contacted them and they said because I bought it as a gift late Dec 2025, there was no refund. Then they said 20% off future purchases, then they asked for a video of the problem 😂 how do you video a non playing toy??
Definitely would never go back to this company, poor service and inferior products.
