I ordered two products from this company online on the 16/11 and paid $84.90 for:
1 x audible flash card device in blue with an Australian Accent only
1 x Baby rattle
I have tried twice to get someone to actually give me an account and receipt for money I have paid to the company, but I have had no luck trying to find out where my order and receipt of payment has gone.
My bank shows where they have my money, showing it was paid to Sensory Toys Australia,
If you can't send me my toys, I want a full refund of $84.90 and I think I will shop elsewhere (not online) go to a shop where I can actually get some customer service.
Unhappy customer

⚠️ STAY AWAY ⚠️
I discovered sensory toys Australia from a paid add on Instagram and followed the link for one of their products “audible flash card device” thinking finally, I have found one of these audible devices with an Australian accent as this was shown on their paid add. I placed an order and they had a special of buy one get one free for $59. The products arrived swiftly but to my disappointment they did not have an Australian accent but they had an American accent. I had been careful to double check the add and the product description from their website before making the purchase and after hearing the Australian accent on their add and no where in the product description to suggest otherwise I went ahead and made the purchase.
I brought this to the attention of their customer service support via email. They acknowledged that, yes, the advertisement did show an Australian accent and, yes, they did not make it clear anywhere on their website under the product description that the device has an American accent and not an Australian one. They acknowledged that they falsely advertised this product and offered me a 15% refund while keeping the product, I declined asking for a full refund upon returning the item. They then offered me a 30% refund keeping the item, I again declined requesting the full refund, this kept going back and forth I wasn’t impressed. A few days went by and I came across another add for their new “Aussie mate” which was the exact same item but with the Australian accent. I responded to the email thread asking for a replacement of the two devices for the two Aussie mates. We came to that agreement that they would process a replacement as soon as I sent the tracking number. So I sent off the item paying $20 for the postage and emailed them with the tracking number. I received a reply stating that they have issued a full refund for the item. I replied that this wasn’t the agreement we had come to and why they had done this. They responded that they experienced technical issues when attempting to process the replacement and decided they would refund me. I expressed I was not happy with the lack of communication and not given an option as to what step to take next before they just made this decision for me, their solution again was to refund me for the postage which they mentioned was $10 even though the postage cost me $20. I have not heard back from them and they have ceased communication with me. I still have not received the refund showing in my account or my PayPal account. This “business” is run so unprofessionally and is an absolute disgrace. They have put me through weeks of distress and frustration and by far the WORST experience I have ever dealt with like this. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase from here or support this type of “business”. Definitely not Australian owned or operated.
I would like to make it clear I was communicating with the same person the entire time, her name is Rachel and had no idea what she was doing. I began emailing their support on the 14th of October and the issue is still unresolved with me out of pocket $80 whilst I have no item to show for it.

I ordered a toy that was listed as "in stock in Australia" with 5-8 days shipping. After waiting nearly three weeks and not receiving it, I contacted them. They apologised and said demand had been higher than expected. When the toy eventually arrived, it had come from China. And the quality was terrible. So I contacted them to arrange to send the toy back. Their email was courteous and they promised a full refund if I posted the toy back to them at my expense. I posted it back and did not receive a refund. I have tried to follow up but they are unwilling to process my refund without a tracking number (which I accidentally lost in a post-christmas cleanup). That part is my fault and I'm willing to own it.
What I'm not happy with is the purposefully deceitful nature of their sales and business. They stated the item was in stock - it was not. They stated it was coming from Australia (which I needed for quick shipping) - it was not. And now it appears they have received my return and kept my money.
I would never use this shop again and warn others to stay away.
“Australian Sensory Toys” MY AS#
Placed order early December for Christmas arrival. Shipping says 5-8 days. Products were shipped from China!! Finally arriving Jan 3rd and they’re terrible quality! Temu product for sure. Just paid $100 and it’s not even worth $10, going straight in the bin. SCAM - DO NOT BUY
