Absolute rubbish

Bought a Christmas present for my boys on this website. Complete scam. Didn’t last more than a week before it broke apart. Very overpriced. Do not trust!!

Sigh. Scam company.

Sigh. Wish I'd seen these reviews. It's definitely a scam. Rubbish unusable product. I did get an email response from them after I complained. Just saying sorry and they will speak to manufacturers, but my complaint was made after 30 days so no refund available. (I stupidly didn't get the product out of the box until Xmas morning, what a dissapointment!)

A little checking suggests this website is a scam

I was sent a link to this website from a friend who found them through advertising.

They target themselves at parents of children with special needs.

I ordered a 120 PCS Magic Fort Building Kit. I was sent a different (inferior, cheaper, older) fort kit which is not fit for purpose and not worth the price. The kit was sent from a third party (which is made clear on the website). There is no returns information on the package, and the company hasn’t responded to contact.

I can’t find clear returns information on the site, just a claim that returns are accepted. There is a phone number buried deep in the site, but it hasn’t been answered.

They present their site as well established, but the domain name (according to scamquery.com) was only registered on 20 August 2020. Notice that the first few pages of reviews are detailed, but then become just 4 and 5 star ratings with no text.

They claim to have received many many good reviews of the website, but in the time between my order and the writing of this review, the number of reviews hadn’t changed between 8334 reviews of the website (see if you can read some of these!) and 342 of the magic fort kit.

My credit card company have helpfully refunded this payment.

Not the product I ordered, and no customer service

I bought the den making kit, but as others have found, this is a cheap product that just arrived in a plastic bag with no box. I therefore wanted to return the item. I have tried contacting them via their website, and also emailed, but no response, and no return address advertised. I will now attempt to reclaim the money via Paypal.
Please avoid this website - just wish I'd read this before I placed my order.

Complete scam

Complete scam, website looks good but product therapy swing arrived faulty and with completely different fixtures to instructions. Have emailed 4 times. No reply. Never had qn experience like this before, very disappointed especially as products aimed at kids with sensory needs.

No response to email. concerned about products safety for children

Hi,

I recently bought a "SensOut™ Therapy Swing".

An image on the website states the product is "suitable for every kid" I am concerned that it is not suitable for young children. The item is being marketed as for children with Autism.

I believe that the product is dangerous as it could very easily be a ligature and form a noose. The instruction leaflet that comes with the item does state "Adults should be aside when children use the hammock" I do not believe this is sufficient as I think that even with supervision this product could be dangerous.

I contacted the website on 18 Sept by email in addition to the sites webform requesting a refund and have have not had a reply (it is now the 2nd Oct). The website states "Every purchase is backed by our 30 day money-back guarantee. We are here to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!" but I have so far not been able to access this as they have not responded to my email.

No email confirmation is sent when product is ordered (just text). Item is sent from China and so took a long time to arrive.

Item also took long time

Similar to previous reviews

Similar to previous reviews, my experience of this company is bad. Ordered an item almost a fortnight ago - no sign of it despite receiving and e-mail almost straight after the purchase to say it had been shipped. Tracking number provided doesn’t work, and no response to e-mails. Will wait another week or so before contacting my credit card company to see if they can reverse the purchase (I fear I may never see my £45 again!).

I’d stay clear of this company, feels like a con.

False product claims

False product claims. Fake Customer reviews. No service. No correspondence despite their 30-day money back guarantee and other claims. Don't believe a word they say, and don't waste your money!

Cheaply made- all the pieces breaking

SCAM ALERT!! We brought the den building kit - it's very cheaply made and not worth the cost.... All the pieces are breaking from the first use.

The reviews and pictures they have used on their website are from a DIFFERENT COMPANY - the pieces are not the same and it does not come in a box.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
I purchased two Magic Fort Kits. When they arrived they were not boxed (as in their website photos). They were just small flimsy pieces of plastic in a plastic zip lock bag! I immediately went onto the website to arrange a return under their ‘100% Satisfaction Guarantee’ only to find their lengthy ‘Returns Policy’ does not give an address to return to! The website does not have an address and no paperwork was supplied with the parcel. I have contacted them via their ‘Contact Us’ page on their website and I have also emailed them. They ignore all correspondence! I am now having to raise a dispute through PayPal and report them but it looks like I have been scammed out of £65!

AVOID!! horrible product and zero customer service

AVOID buying anything from this website.
The product i ordered ( magic fort den building for kids) arrived looking nothing like advertised, with no box, just a cheap plastic toy in a plastic bag.

The website advertises themselves as offering a 30 day satisfaction guarantee where you can return the product.

I contacted them repeatedly to return the product but no reply.

And their lengthy returns policy explanation offers no indication of a return address or anything!

COMPLETE SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY 😔
