salesman promised me a free banner if I signed up. I signed up and the banner was cutoff. didn't print right. half the banner didn't print. i asked for a replacement which they never delivered, and then tried charging me. I refused to pay because they didn't deliver on their end. then they tried to tell me they promised a banner, but not that it would be usable or guarantee the quality.
Incredibly shady business! Their auto renewing contract is ridiculous. They are required by law to send out notifications that said "auto renewing" contracts would be renewing soon, but they do not.
Don't do business with this company! There are better text platforms you can use that won't try to lock you in with these shady practices...
They will trick you into signing up and then refuse to let you cancel it. Don’t trust this company or anything they tell you
Read the contract. won't let you cancel. Never activated my account and still tried to have me pay another 6 months. Total ripoff. Did let me pay half of my contract due to get out. Probably knew I would cancel my credit card. I guess a lot of people want to cancel so this is how they keep you paying. Don't do it!
