I bought the orchid as a gift and had a small issue with it upon delivery. I liased with Debbie directly and experienced impeccable customer service. She helped to resolve the issue promptly which I really appreciated.

Sadly the product has deteriorated on my last order. There is no scent!
Whilst the orchid and vase looks pretty from a distance, (close up the orchid looks cheap unfortunately), I am getting no smell from it at all.
I purchased Oud as it’s usually strong in smell, but after 2 weeks I still have no smell coming through.
I’ve done exactly as instructed, I’ve also placed it into a small room in the hope it’ll be noticed, but nothing, not even a slightest hint. It’s such a lot of money something that doesn’t work.
I’m afraid it isn’t a great product in looks or smell.
