This company is a total rip-off. They want 36K for a machine that is 11 years old and can be bought new for 1,200 US dollars - they claim the value is 50K, or fifty times the price of a new machine (M22). The are in Utah and the salesperson offered to ship for $900 across the state line to AZ. Ridiculous! The cost of shipping from Alibaba was $400. I cannot believe the low life deception from a company operating in the US state of Utah. Never trust these sales people, check other resources and do not get pressured by discounts or special deals for a limited time.

By all means do business with this company if you like being lied to by slick salesmen and corresponding with belligerent lawyers who refuse to honor the company's commitments. They will make you sign away your legal rights (must use arbitration) just to have the privilege of buying one of their overpriced machines. Then they will swing back around demanding exorbitant annual fees to re-certify their devices. Why aren't there more bad reviews? Because they are demanding NDA's from all their customers and are rabidly enforcing them. Trust me that there is a tidal wave of bad karma hanging over this soulless company. Don't expect to find the truth online. Pick up the phone and ask around "off the record" if you want the truth and then walk away.
