Terrible experience: Funds held hostage, no transparency, no support.
I am extremely disappointed with Sentz. I used their service for a transaction, and my funds have been stuck for hours. Their support (Arya) admitted that no TXID exists, meaning the transaction hasn't even been broadcast to the blockchain, yet they refuse to cancel the order or issue a refund.
They claim "minor technical problems" with their third-party providers, but as a customer, I have a contract with Sentz, not their partners. Holding a user's funds during high market volatility without providing a TXID or a way to cancel is an predatory practice.
To make matters worse, the support team has stopped responding entirely.

I have already initiated a formal dispute and chargeback via Revolut and will be reporting this to the relevant financial regulators. Avoid this app if you value your money and your nerves.
