I had always heard about google adwords but never knew where to begin with it. We ended up signing up for it and had no results on our own. After 2 months we felt pretty defeated and almost gave up. SEO Arbiter reached out to us and resparked our interest. At first, we were a little nervous because we were unsure of the results for what we were going to pay.

We soon got on a meeting where they shared our screen with the computer and showed us all the mistakes we were making. We thought it would be a good idea to give it a shot and we did. As of now, 4-5 months or so later, 50% of our business is now generated through the leads SEO Arbiter has gotten us. It is pretty mind blowing actually. They stressed to us that it would take a few months to really start seeing results and that couldn't be more true.

It is definitely worth the money and we are making a lot more sales because of them. Their team is always checking in with us and making sure there isn't anything else they can do. Sometimes they even check us and make sure we are responding to leads. It is clear that the work is up to us to sell the job or respond to every lead, but they put it on a silver platter right on our laps.

As small company we jumped into a world we didn't know nothing about advertising or spreading the word to the appropriate customers. If you don't know much about seo and how adwords works, their hour sales pitch is well worth the time just to learn most of the fundamentals of using adwords. I'm impressed. They can do things I don't have the time or expertise to do. I already learned a lot and I'm going to give them a 4 month trial to see how it goes. I believe they really know their business.

Ryan at SEO Arbiter has been great! He has saved me a lot of money compared to the way I was running my Google Adwords account. Also, my money is being spent much more efficiently. When Ryan sets my accounts up to get specific results, I see them. When he adds or cuts something from my Adwords account, I can tell at the store level based on calls we get and customers that come in. It's a very effective campaign and is the best advertising I do. Highly recommend!

Overall pleased. SEO Arbiter was a surprise addition to our SEO marketing program as they did a complimentary overview of our Ad Words campaigns and presented suggestions for internal management as well as a package plan for their management. I found them to be very helpful at the onset with converting a PPC campaign from Ad Words Express to Ad Words, as well as performing market research for our field (automotive repair) and our location to determine the hot value keywords to target with ads. They have a very well laid out monthly reporting structure and are very responsive to email communication. Our shop stopped using their services not due to any dissatisfaction with them but rather due to the growth of the in-house digital marketing team, which was able to take over the Ad Words account management.

I've been working with Brad at SEO Arbiter for more than a few weeks. He has been very patient and understanding while dealing with my indecisiveness. He takes the time to clearly explain the Who? What? Where? and Why? to me so there isn't any confusion or doubt. Brad is very knowledgeable, definitely a SEO Guru you want to have for your business. I hired this company for the goal of optimizing my Google adwords campaigns. I believed through my conversations with the rep and real time experiences that I was losing way to much from broad match searches, and unrelated products.

I wanted 8-10 smaller campaigns to focus on product lines and track specific variations and fitments that have to do with my products. After my first week, the initial batches of keywords were ready and it seemed like the work had been done in a slightly wrong direction (but the work was still solid).
I was pretty irritated and wrote a few scathing emails... I got a phone call and spoke for about 30 minutes with someone who assured me they'd get everything straightened out.

It is not completely horrible but it is bad because working 4-5 month with them we lost 15% of our organic traffic.

I've just recently started working with them and it will take time to see if the results come through. However, that being said, I appreciate a company that has it together and is on their game. SEO is a tough thing to master and I don't want to do it myself. I know enough to know if a company is telling me the real information or if they BSing me. The pricing is super fair. there is no contracts..et's exactly what I was looking for ..

Our experience with SEO Arbiter has been a positive one and I’d like to say that they are quick to respond to questions and emails. The only complaint I have is that it took longer than I was hoping but we did get the results we were looking for and that’s a bargain in this business. We’ve had several bad experiences in the past so we appreciate this even more.

My website has gone from being very far back in Google search results to being on the first couple of pages for a lot of my keywords. Friendly service, affordable prices, and great results.
