I had the worst experience with this…

I had the worst experience with this service. The providers exhibited terrible attitudes and communication skills. We have not received timely replies when issues arose, which greatly impacted our entire office. They claimed to have all the necessary tools and promised 24/7 support, yet my messages often go unanswered for 3 to 4 days. When they do respond, it is with a bad attitude, and they have failed to resolve any of our issues. Also, most of their tools don't work. They served well in the first 1 month. After taking a full year’s payment in advance, they are now refusing to issue a refund.
