I've been using SEO Jet for a long time, and I have to say that the tool they offer to customers they don't even deserve 1 star. Their response was prolonged, and the payment went out twice, although I had already paid.

I lodged a complaint about the issue and requested a refund, but to my dismay, not a single word from them for several days, leaving me feeling neglected and unimportant.

As a result of SEO Jet's malfunctions, my ranking has actually decreased. This is a clear indication of the negative impact their tool can have on your business.

Their ideas are innovative, but it is a shame to have a poor lack of customer support.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If any of you are reading this, consider making a purchase. I recommend you don't unless you want to waste your time and investments.

SeoJet takes the "guesseo" out of ranking, its been very simple to use, i find guides and tools the software provides, to be top notch, and for me, ranking in local niches has never been easier.

Would highly recommend their services and advice if you want a no BS approach to link building.

SEOjet is a useful SEO software that packs a punch. The methodology it uses is to look at the SERP competitors for any keyword and see what type of anchor texts their links have.

I've used it to rank for some pretty competitive keywords. I also like their guest post outreach service. They do high quality work at a reasonable price, which is rare.

SEOJet takes the guess work out of SEO. I love how it lays out the steps you need to take. Foolproof!

Takes some time to upload backlinks for link profile evaluation. SEOJet discovered most of the links properly. The prices for links inside the tool are decent for the US market. Lack of regional backlinks from domains other than .com are a problem from my point of view thus makes the tool less useful for someone out of US.

SEO Jet has helped me rank up from page 7 to GMB #3 for my selected keyword in short order. Great actionable info, great advice.

it doesnt do anything at all,i didnt even want to continue and i am charged automatically as i wanted to cancel my subscription and a refund but no response at all,no customer support ,nothing at all,stay away from this fraud thing

I really like the concept of this tool, and I've been using it for a few clients. It is a little difficult to navigate and understand exactly how the link maps work at first (still not totally sure I understand it), so an expansive tutorial on what everything means could be helpful.

Great software! I've been looking for something like this for months and finally found it. I have been using this with great success so far!

I love the concept of this SAAS and the ease of use. The link maps it creates are great and very useful for those who are looking for a linking plan and how to use anchor text. However, my biggest complaint is that you can not download anything. You can't download your link maps. So, you have to manually enter links onto their system (not a huge big deal) or buy links from the attached service. And after all of that, its a lot of manual copy/paste to move that info off of their system and put into your own tracking systems. If they would have added a download feature, they'd be getting 5 stars, but that's a big enough shortcoming to rate 3
