I have a few websites that all belong to me. SEOptimer has made it super simple for me to make sure i am not using repeated words, meta tags, too short or long. This is a helpful tool that i think if you are not an expert at this. It will definitely help you and maybe make you an expert.

A nice tool that does exactly what it says it'll do. No bloat or extra features I don't need. No sneaky credits that run out and show me a suprise paywall. Great value for the price they're charging.

Giving 1 star for the Audit report itself, but the restrictions on number of pages and then the icing on the cake which is their horrible customer service attitude, specially "Anna" whose elitist behaviour just turned off their product completely.

I have been able to run quite a few robust SEO reports for my clients and even use the quick audit tool to bring new clients in. I also had a few questions about the services offered and was connected with a representative right away. A (I don't want to add the full name for privacy's sake) was extremely quick to respond and helped me customize the reports with my company information. They also gave me some tips on how to really maximize the use of the services. So far, the experience with SEOptimer has been wonderful. I definitely recommend the service.

Very untrustworthy business. I purchased the DIY Suite for $29. After a period of time, I noticed the DIY was reduced in price to $19. This was not brought to my attention and additionally the $29 price point was now providing a higher amount of services which they were not providing to me despite billing me $29. When I brought it to their attention, I was given a very patronizing explanation of how price changes work. Would not recommend.

honestly I love SEOptimer. I got a free trial and just from the trial I got a lot of value and I would've loved to work with them long term because their audit tool is SO amazing.

however, theres two reasons this is only a 3 * review.

1) the website said my account would be fully featured and I'd be able to crawl the entire website, but it wasn't. it capped me at 300 pages.

2) they have zero customer service. i put in a request to figure out how to raise the crawl limit 2 days ago, still no response. time is very important to me, so I must move on, because I've already spent enough of it trying to give these guys a chance to respond... I've sent linkedIN requests and messages to each of the team members, a facebook message, and multiple website support messages. no response.

if they fix these two things I might return one day.

I have been working on my SEO and decided to give seoptimer.com software a try. They say they have a Free Trial but it is not a free trial at all. You have to pay $19. to get the free trial. I tried the software and found that it gave inaccurate results. So I brought it to their attention the same day I made the purchased and they ignored my concerns and said let the trial period end and I will be done. They went ahead and charge my account 3 days later. I opened a dispute with PayPal. It's very shady the way they do things.
