Stay away from this company- SCAMS ALERT

Stay away from this company. It's a SCAM
I have seen it advertised on FB or IG - don't remember.
Placed my first order through their Official Website on the 08/03/2026 order number#46593 for 4x Arbutin TX Cream (didn't really do anything for my skin issues except drying out the skin)
Then on the 10/04/2026 the company automate a placement of another order #78564 without my consent. They did the transaction on the Friday close to end of business day so no chance of verbal contact. I have emailed to their support straight away to advise the company to cancel the order as I didn't placed the order or consent to it but came Saturday 11/04/2026 check my bank and of course Seora has direct debit money out of my account .
I am FURIOUS at these SCAMMERS and their low life tactics.Shut them down

I only leave reviews if the product is…

I only leave reviews if the product is really good or really bad. I would give this a zero if I could. After day two, my whole face broke out in a terrible terrible rash which im still recoveringfrom. Watch out because they will subscribe you each month. Bottom line, this is a dreadful product.

Package never received and poor…

Package never received and poor customer service. After receiving delivery confirmation from the carrier, I contact the carrier to report the discrepancy; however, I never received a response. Subsequently, I contacted Seora to report the incident and request a refund. Received a response indicating that their records show that the package was delivered and advised me to contact the carrier. I was provided email addresses for the carrier, which failed to work. Seora was also cc’d on the email addressed to the carrier. Consequently, I reached out to Seora informing them that I was unable to receive a response from the carrier. Again, I was denied the requested refund. Furthermore, the proof of delivery pics provided by Seora displays an individual’s hand standing in the middle of the street just holding a package. Presently, I have yet to receive or find my package or receive a response from the carrier whose email mysteriously does not work. This company failed to ensure my package was delivered as promised and did not honor their refund policy. I would encourage anyone to consider my experience before deciding to become a future customer.
