The programme is incredible and has completely opened my eyes with regards to Halal income. The mentor is very professonal and was always available to discuss questions we had. We were able to secure our first deal and we simply wouldn't have been able to without this prgramme.

So far the experience has been great and it’s even better than I expected. There’s always support, you learn new things and it’s motivating!

I've yet to really get into the meat and potatoes of the course, but so far it contains what I expected. My accountability coach contacted me recently, the mentor is responsive and the collective group is active and overall helpful. I believe the strategy works, and I'd recommend it to anybody who's willing to dedicate some of their spare time in order to cultivate another income stream for themselves.

To put it simply, the halal strategy Tanim / Sequoia Academy offers works 100%. However it requires your commitment and consistent efforts from the very start if you want to see results. You get what you put in so don’t expect Tanim to do all the work.

Fortunately the support I’ve had from him since September has been brilliant. Whenever I have reached out to him directly for the odd question or a long discussion I’ve always been satisfied, or when I don’t understand something it has been explained thoroughly. However it’s not just him supporting you in terms of knowledge base and what to do in particular scenarios that have come up along the way, but the support you get from him being a mentor to you is second to none. He genuinely wants you to win and you’ll learn of this quite quickly.

Aside from the above, the resources Sequoia Academy provide you with are essential and they are always improving them so they are futureproof. This is a fast moving industry you will find yourself in so having someone keeping you posted on the latest changes is great, and eventually you’ll learn how to do this yourself.

So far the program has met my expectations and I wish I had met Tanim sooner but Allah SWT knows best.

The weekly coaching and accountability are helpful in providing support and keeping you on track to reach your goals. He is also on hand to assist with anything. I was part of the R2R program for over 8 months. As with anything you get out what you put in, having said that, the overall strategy of the program has worked for me successfully, I am now able to earn an extra income that is growing and uncapped!

With anything in life, if there is someone guiding you, it's always quicker to follow a trodden path, this is where Tanim comes in. His experience and expertise is great, but he is also honest when he hasn't come across a situation. This builds trust and that is what you need from a Mentor.

As for the programme itself, there is no easy/quick scheme to financial freedom as people are advertising. You have to put in the hard work yourself. But if you have like minded individuals supporting, learning and leveraging each other, that insha'Allah makes the journey is easier. However, to be successful in this, you have to be a good communicator and some element of sales would be helpful. Luck/qadr and hard work is needed.

As mentor Tanim is very different. He is always there for you. Very helpful and very approachable. You can ask any question anytime. I know it for sure as I previously was in another different property program and it didn’t work for me. My motivation was it is halal and doable.
