This bundle is my absolute favorite! It has the foaming cleanser, eye serum and moisturizer.

The cleanser is gentle and leaves my skin clean and calm. The Adoring Eye Serum absorbs quickly and reduces puffiness and brightens my under eyes. Freedom Moisturizer has increased the elasticity and firmness of my skin. I use this bundle – day and night!! The products are plant based and have clean ingredients. Best of all, you can’t get these kinds of products for this price anywhere else, and with the results I have seen - amazing! Way to go Mrs. Kidman – you are stunning.

I've never been allergic to anything, but this product gave me an eye infection. After 4 days of using it, I developed an infection and sties in my eye. I contacted a doctor and received antibiotic eye drops. Three weeks later, thinking maybe it was a fluke, I used the product again for 3 days. Not a fluke, I got the same infection. I had bought two bottles; the company will only refund the unopened one. I was also responsible for the shipping costs and getting a tracking number along with a restocking fee (which I have yet to know what it is). I bought this on a whim seeing Nicole Kidman supported it. Highly disappointed.

Update 9/11/23-Seratopical rep reached out and refunded my total order. I am still taking care of the eye infection but really appreciate the customer service. Thank you Jamie!

I love Cracked Heel Souffle’ and use it daily. It smells great, it goes on smoothly, and it makes my feet feel terrific. It helps with rough or calloused skin and absorbs quickly, and it never feels greasy.
This is the best foot moisturizer I've ever found! Another excellent product from Sera Labs!

Adoring is Adoring!!!

I have the monthly subscription for Adoring Eye Serum, and I just love this product. It has helped diminish the look of my fine lines and wrinkles.
It is improving my puffiness and has tightened my skin. If your skin needs a little TLC this is a must have. On another note, I went out of state for a few months and contacted their Customer Service and the rep was able to immediately stop my subscription, until I returned. Easy ordering, easy process and easy decision to keep on using. You will adore Adoring just like me.

When I originally ordered I messed up with my address. I called customer service, and they updated my mistake immediately.

So I bought the Youthful You Bundle for my best friends mom awhile back. I thought it would be a great gift for a little self care moment. I added this to a basket filled with some additional self care items like a facial steamer, a headband, good smelling candle, etc. let’s just say I won some points in being a good friend. That’s besides the point. I saw my friends mom on Sunday during a baby shower and WOW. She actually looks different, a bit more rested, and her skin does have a youthful glow to it. I’m surprised. She looked great before but this actually made a noticeable difference. She was getting compliments left and right. She told me this is the best she has felt and she finally wants to apply makeup again because her foundation isn’t settling into her “wrinkles” anymore.This set makes a great gift! I would definitely recommend! I’ve never seen her look and feel so confident. I also just realized you can get these products as a subscription and get them sent every few months. I think this a great addition to the website especially with online shopping these days. Why would you go to a store if Sera Labs can deliver to your door step.

Immediate Results! DNA Complex

I've tried everything and – finally a product that keeps its promises.
Highly Recommend.

Ordered $80 serum. Watched the tracking as it was delivered to the wrong address/zip code. Filed a claim with USPS who came back and said "misdelivered, sorry, contact the vendor". Multiple emails and calls, nothing. Now working with credit card company to get a refund.

EDIT: the response tells me to send mail to the same email address I've sent 5 emails to with no response.

EDIT: almost a month later and several bad reviews left different places, someone contacted me. They shipped me the product, which I received and am pleased with. So I'm upping the rating to three stars - it shouldn't have taken SO MUCH EFFORT to get a response, but I did eventually get one.

I received my order for Freedom day/night cream. First of all the jar was not sealed and about 3/4 full. And, the invoice said, not packed for retail???? I called them immediately and the customer service person said, send a picture I did and heard nothing back. Besides that the product does nothing. I also bought some hand oil. That also does nothing. Save your money. Shame on you Nicole!

UPDATE. I did receive a completely new and sealed jar of the Freedom day and night cream. They also sent a sample of another product. This is why I will update my review from 1 star to 3 stars.... for their very good customer service. I'm still not crazy about the product but I will keep using and give it a chance.

My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from Sera Labs is, "DO NOT DO IT"!!
I bought a "buy two - get one free" offer and they changed the order to a quantity of five items.
I called them within five minutes of placing the order and they refused to cancel or change the order saying "the order is already being processed and cannot be changed".
They tried to offer me a 10% discount to keep the order. If they allow you to return an order,
DO NOT DO IT!! They will impose exorbitant restocking fees! (read the return policy).

If you paid with a credit card, your best option is to forego all the aggravation of dealing with scammers. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK and ask for the dispute department and let them handle it. They are really good at what they do.

Our harsh, cold winters always dry my skin; so I was pleasantly surprised when the lady at the ticket booth for the Christmas light show at the Zoo asked me if it would be a youth or adult admission. I turned to my 34-year-old daughter who said “yes I heard that, I was a bit insulted because she didn’t ask me the same.” She was calmed by the reminder that she was 8 months pregnant. I am very pleased with the results of ADORING. Thank you Sera Labs!

I started using the Seratopical Revolution cleanser and day and night moisturizer about 2 months ago and I'm so glad I found these products! Not only do they feel great when I put them on, I really see a positive difference in the look of my skin. Plus, the cleanser smells amazing! Thanks Sera Labs!
