I arranged the return of my opened Seranova package over two weeks ago now. I sent via FedEx tracked courier with a requirement for signature by Seranova on receipt. FedEx sent confirmation of signed receipt by Seranova - and despite it being 10 working days post receipt I am still being pawned off by their customer service team stating that the warehouse has not yet confirmed receipt.
Vanessa was a great help! Very responsive, professional and handled my case quickly. Thank you Vanessa!

This company has high ethics and I would highly recommend. It is absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was made to feel comfortable even although I created the problem. Although I felt a bit stupid I was treated with the greatest of respect and rather than feeling diminished I felt valued and competent. They listened, understood and offered me good solutions but again I have to say that the best part was just the constant constructive dialogue to help me.

Customer service done right. I was surprised to see a subscription order, and was ready to have to put up a fight. Positive experience to my surprise! Seranova offered to reduce the price on the already shipped order OR accept the return. No hassle, no arguing with me, no saying, "you're the one that hit the button" - I just started using the product, and will say, if it is even 1/2 as good as they say, they have a customer for life. Excellent.
