They engage in fraud and contract violations! As an independent marketer, I generated 11 high-ticket orders and $1,808.39 USD in verified revenue for their store through their official Social Snowball tracking app. But when it was time to pay my $180.84 commission, manager Angie ghosted me and DELETED my affiliate account to wipe out the data and steal my money! Social Snowball support even officially confirmed to me that Seranova deleted my account to evade payment. I have all the screenshots of their fraud. Great product! Shipping was quick & so far the results are excellent! I have tried two other home microneedling brands and have not been satisfied at all! Great product
The delivery was on time and packaged very nicely. The products and instructions made it easy to understand how to use them. To be honest I am very happy with the product
To be honest, I have been surprised I have not been able to be as consistent with my use of the product as I want to be because we’ve been away from home. But the morning after I use it, I definitely see more plump parts of my face. I can’t wait to see what the long-term results will be right now. I am very hopeful.

the product is great, it is all about consistency, it's not a one and done, especially for mature women, however I could not sustain the consistency and I had to cancel the subscription, Mauricio and Vanessa went above and beyond to help process the cancellation and never made me feel guilty or bad about it- they did not give me "stock" answers which so many companies use AI or scripts- I wish this company all the best - that have a solid product

Patience pays off.
First, the directions are well done, accurate and simple to follow - just read them carefully. It takes a while to see the results - probably after my third week is when I just happened to be outside with a mirror and noticed the difference in my skin. I had also taken some selfies so I compared my fourth treatment results with the selfies and Wow ! My husband says there is a big difference in my 'marionette ' lines.
