Bitte bestellt nicht bei Andrea Serena!!!! Abdoluter Betrug!!! Ich habe zwei Hosen bestellt und bin total unzufrieden. Erstens sehen sie nicht gleich aus wie auf dem Foto und von der Qualität braucht man gar nicht erst reden, zweitens habe ich drei Wochen auf die Bestellung gewartet und drittens als ich während der Wartezeit dieser Firma geschrieben habe wie lange ich noch warten muss haben sie mir nicht zurück geschrieben. Ich wollte dann eine Hose zurückschicken und habe dann das Rücksendeetikett beantragt und sie haben mir immer nicht geantwortet. Ich habe nochmal eine Mail geschrieben und hoffe das sie mir antworten aber ich werde es schon sehen.

Bloß wegbleiben!

Absoluter Betrug. Produkt kam nicht an wie im Shop beschrieben. Falsche Bilder und anderes Material. Nachdem ich mein Geld zurückgefordert habe, kamen nur Angebote für Teilrückerstattungen. Mein Geld habe ich immer noch nicht wieder. Bloß wegbleiben!!!
