Wish i could give it no stars cause i was given 4 different rooms and everyone stank and gave me the worst headache. Then albert the gm would not approve my refund through the 3rd party i booked through

I am very surprised at the negative…

I am very surprised at the negative comments listed regarding Serene Comfort's Customer Service. I have been a customer for many years and never have I had a negative experience when contacting Customer Service for assistance. Each time the interaction was personable and professional. Granted it has been a while since I have needed assistance but I hope that any future experience will similar to past experiences.

I do most of my shopping online

I do most of my shopping online . I have ordered many products from Serene Comfort over the years for which I have spent a lot of money. I told them that I never receive their confirmation of my orders, as I get from all the other companies I deal with. They claim I am the only one that doesn't get their emails. They have never admitted that perhaps it is a computer glitch on their part.
They remind me that I have brought this up on previous orders and today sent me a very unprofessional, rudely worded email that they are cutting me off as a customer. If they could send me such an email perhaps they could have attached the confirmation information to it!!

Unhappy

As a first and now last time customer I feel their return policy is horrid. I returned a dress and they sent it back to me accusing me that it had a perfume smell and it was actually the smell of the fabric! It was returned with a premade note with the accusation.

Non-existent customer service

I was a professional buyer for decades and have dealt with hundreds of online companies for personal purchases. Serene Comfort ranks top of the list of the worst customer service ever. They don't answer the phone. No return calls. Customer service is anonymous, with no one signing their name, really bad attitudes. . . Heaven help you if anything goes wrong because they will not.
