This really deserves 0 stars! I ordered the product 1/29/26 (Order #234809), got an email 1/31 about a delay due to weather. Emailed 2/12 asking for an update, got a response 2/20 (8 days later) notifying me it was in transit. Started to see progress, should have delivered 2/24 but NOTHING! Noticed an email from 'Kevin' on 2/20 stating my order has arrived, yet it hasn't! Tracking # 9434 6508 9956 3133 0743 73 now shows unknown for delivery, in transit arriving late since 2/24. I sent 2 emails Feb 28th and have YET to recieve a response to EITHER one! I will be disputing ALL charges with my bank. Email leslieagregoire @gmail.com

Placed an order Feb. 24th and have yet to receive anything from them (it's now 3/4). I have emailed with no response. Customer service is none. Very disappointed

Placed my order January 27th. I have emailed and messaged. My order has not moved at all. It is now March 4th!!! They sent an email Jan 31st saying a storm caused a slight delay in processing. A whole month and some change is a slight delay?? Also, there have been no other updates or answers to my email. On top of that they charged me for a subscription order for the following month (Feb 27th)and I still have not even the first order! Immediately have cancelled my subscription and am super disappointed as this is my first time ordering from this company and have been wanting to try it for a while now. Never again. I will be disputing these charges!!

I placed an order on Feb 14th and have not received any update after sending multiple emails. My order number is #254997. I will be contacting the BBB and my bank and reporting this as a scam. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I have not received my order yet despite receiving an email indicating I did and there is no information regarding the order tracking. Provide a tracking number or refund the order.

I placed my order with Serene Herbs on February 15 (Order #6LRQF5NLX) and paid $59.99. It has now been over a week and a half, and I still have not received my order.

I have reached out to customer service and have not received any response. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect shipping updates and at the very least a response to my inquiries.

At this point, I am very frustrated and concerned about whether I will receive my order at all. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they significantly improve their customer service and communication.

If I do not receive my order or a response soon, I will be disputing the charge.

I don't think I have ever felt this good about taking something to help me feel better inside and outside. My skin is glowing, the weight is falling off me and my stomach has went down significantly. I purchased two bottles at the time I bought them and I'm about to start my second one. I cannot wait to go back to my doctor for a physical. The taste is awful but if I can do a tequila shot then I can do this for my health.

Ordered on February 2nd. It is now March 2nd, with two emails sent and correspondence on Instagram. No response on emails. A simple "sorry" on Instagram with no effort to fix this issue, refund me or help me. I will be getting my money back via my bank and leaving as many negative reviews as I can. This is a SCAM.

This is truly a scam! I placed my order on Feb. 14th and have not received my order or shipping details. I’ve contacted through emails a couple of times to follow up on my order and even called and left a voicemail. No response. I just thought to check their reviews and came across this site. Noticed that for every truly bad review there are good reviews mixed in. It seems like they have time to create fake reviews and not follow up with people on the money they stole.

Don’t waste your time and money to buy products i placed an order more than 3 weeks ago and until today nothing has been send not even shipping confirmation. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to call with no response so I am a victim and I was scammed,my money is gone Do not buy

Very Bad costumer service. I believe this is a Scam. I ordered on the 1st of February, and I still haven't received any parcel, or information, no updates nothing!!!! Never order from this Firm. It's a full Scam!¡! It was marked as delivered although never received. They steal people's money.

It's been a month and still not even a tracking number. I have made many attempts to contact support and still haven't received any responses. Im regret not reading the reviews before purchasing. Big scam!!
