I placed an order that hadn't changed from "preparing your order" to "shipped" after 2 weeks so I started attempting to communicate with them. After a couple weeks I got an email reply telling me they were out of stock on those items. I asked for a refund and the reply was that they don't do refunds but they'd send my order when it was back in stock. I finally got my order about 12 weeks later.

They have ignored all of my attempts to get in contact with them about not receiving my orders because of their failure to put my full address and now I’ve not gotten what I paid for. I have not gotten refunded, I have not gotten a single response to numerous attempts at contact. They have completely ripped me off

I ordered an item from this company on December 9, 2024. I got immediate email responses that my order was received and that it was "Pending Shipment". On December 10th, I checked my credit card balance and a charge had been submitted and cleared. A week later my order status had not changed and I received no indication that there was a problem with it so I contacted them by email. When I didn't receive a response by the next day, I called and left a message. No response. The next day on December 17th, I sent another email and later that day, when they had not responded, I called and left another phone message. Today, December 18th, I just left another email and phone message informing them that if my order was not shipped within 24 hours to cancel it and issue me a full refund. I also informed them that if I am not notified that my order has shipped or that a refund has been issued, I will file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I will never do business with this company again and would urge others to do the same.

This place is a joke! When ordering you won’t know what’s out of stock until you place your order. On their website it showing nothing out of stock. So you order days go by you check the status it’s says awaiting shipment. No emails about being out of stock. So I send an email inquiring about my order. I get told it’s out of stock that they sent me an email all lies. I’m also told that they don’t give refunds and wouldn’t allow me to get anything else to replace what was out of stock! They already charged my bank account for something they don’t have to sell scam. Stay away from this scam company. No testing stickers from the state on any of their products. Everything about this place is a scam. Just file a complaint with the California cannabis control board. There not even listed as a license collective in California.

They do not give refunds. The item I ordered was out of stock and they would not refund the purchase price.

Zero customer service. Ordered products three weeks ago... website says "awaiting shipping".
Phone goes straight to voicemail, and no response to several emails.
I carpet bombed their phone so often I finally got a live person.
Was it old one of the three items was backordered, so entire delivery on hold until then.
Therefore,as nothing had even been shipped, I requested a refund.
Nope...not the "policy".

Now stuck in limbo, with no estimate of delivery, and apparently, no recourse.

Buyer Beware.

THC-P disposables come from a company that's been lab tested to not have the exotic cannabinoids it claims to.

Shipment is slow. I'm 2 hours from the shipper, it takes 4-5 days. Products work if you're really out of options but you can do better.

They’re literally selling expired dark old D8 and label it as D9. They have the worst cannabis oil in the market. It’s always dark and weak, and most importantly low THC.

Honestly, I was so worried reading all the other reviews I almost didn't order. But when the PO intercepted my order I contacted Serene Tree about it, and they answered promptly and with assurance that they'd help if it did not arrive. It did arrive: everything intact and as expected.

Ordered the Moon Rocks subscription box. The White Widow was broken apart and very dry. The Resin it was dipped in tasted like the resin you get when you clean a pipe. They were not rolled in Kief as stated in the listing, more like ground up shake. Not recommended. They do not allow negative reviews on their website. What happened to transparency.

This company has the worst customer service ever (They SOMETIMES gonna reply your mail, and not gonna give you a refund although you just placed wrong order and want to order the other one, they always mentioned them as "My Super team", fk b*llshit). Their products ain't so bad or good, the vape usually leaks; therefore, it runs out kinda very quickly. But the thing I need to emphasize twice: The worst customer service ever. Thank you.

Products were good enough to warrant a second order and I gave good reviews on the first. One day after I placed my 2nd order I was charged for a subscription I didn't sign up for. They don't answer the phone, went to VM all 3 times I tried on different days at different times. They don't respond to email or contact form from their website, I tried each of those 3x as well. I've seen them called crooks and scammers on other sites and they don't allow you to leave an "unreviewed" review of any products. So, apparently, all of the people who could be answering phone calls or emails are busy controlling the narrative on their website so that only glowing reports show up there.

This company literally will play games with you while youre trying to promote them or anything,purcahse whatever it doesnt matter, not only did they make me spend 6 months going out of my way to get a response to ADVERTISE for them they sent me a email that i won their giveaway just to tell me I didnt answer fast enough and give it away to someone else, yo do yourselves a favor avoid this company its not worth the time or money man,seriously their scammin asses picking and choosing who wins and who doesnt.
