Do not order from these its a scam. My item never turned up and ive sent several emails and they do not respond!

The product, Neux Radiance, took over a month to be delivered and then it was defective. I charged it and it does not turn on. I went online to contact customer service to start a return (with the 90 days return policy) and they never responded. I did it twice with no response. I went to my credit card co. to dispute the charge and the merchant denied my request. Scam...do not waste your money!

Well, I should have done more research. Don't fall for Facebook Ads! Got the Neux Radiance device barely three weeks ago, and two days ago, it stopped working. Contact phone out of service, and no response to emails. Address shows them in San Diego, but no contact form on web page. Had to file a dispute for the charge with my bank.

This product is awful I'm trying to return I called the number listed and it's no good. My next call will be to the better business bureau

Never received product.

Lesson learnt twice this month - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM FACEBOOK ADS.

SO MANY SCAMS

The only 'customer service' contact is an email, of which they never answer. They charged my account, never provided any confirmed order, shipping information, and of course, a month later.... no product. STAY AWAY from this site. I wish I had.

Placed order on May 29, 2025 for a Neux Radiance skin device. Told it would take 2-3 business days to process order and up to 20 business days to receive product. It has been 27 business days since my order. I have not received the product. I have reached out to the company five times via email and they have not responded to any of my emails. There is no phone number on their website to call. The Customer service email is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I TRULY BELIEVE THEY AREI A SCAM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD AS A SCAM/FRAUD AND PLAN TO REPORT THEM TO ANY LEGAL AGENCY I CAN FIND.

The product was not delivered for over a month. I tried to cancel the order... after a perfectly lovely e-mail response comes days later saying that they are having shipping issues. I want to cancel-- Asked me for my order number days later in an e-mail. I sent the order-number, and that day, product is delivered.
Then I ask to return it. Response : Happy to help.
What is the reason?
I give a response. No response from them. Repeated e-mails day after day inquiring. No response from them.
Yesterday:...Or your product has been delivered. We do not accept returns.

I know it's a tough world out there, and apparently the company is in Europe, but don't do business with it in this environment. Perfectly polite responding emails, but not timely and not helpful.
Thumbs down. Interactions since 2/27. Final response3/31 from them.

I ordered this device on Dec 5, 2024...I did send several emails with regards to shipment. I did receive replies with explanation of restock8ng issues. On Feb 10, 2025, I finally received it.

Scam product never arrived

I ordered the device to help with the neck on 12-27-24 and have still not received it. I have contacted them several times and understand they are back ordered but I can’t get an estimated time when I should expect it. I received a rather rude email back reminding me of the back order but nothing since. I requested to cancel but no response

Order placed 6th December.
Requested to cancel on 12th December after reading reviews.
Requested again two subsequent times. NO RESPONSE from the company, then suddenly I get TWO different shipping numbers, one of which is cancelled and the second has a status of "Notification sent to UK". When I queried these, I finally got a bullsh*t tcopy and paste response as follows:

"Hi there,

I’m happy to share that our supply chain issues have been resolved, and your order was shipped on January 11th.

As mentioned in our previous emails, we faced significant challenges due to an overwhelming response to our recent offer. Please check your tracking number, as it should now be updated. If you don’t see the updated tracking info, kindly let us know, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Your order will be delivered to you soon. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Supporting our small business means the world to us. We’ve learned from our mistakes and have now increased our production capacity to meet the incredible support and love from customers like you.

1. They have NEVER sent any emails to advise of stock issues (and yes, I checked junk mail)
2. They have ignored THREE requests to cancel the order and refund, including the request I made in the email they responded to.
3. They said the item had been shipped on 11th January, which is a LIE because the current shipping information states that it departed their warehouse THREE DAYS LATER on 14th January.

Awful 😖 haven't received my wife's
Christmas gift, after ordering and PAID FOR NECK SLIMMING DEVICE. WE GAVE WRITTEN 6 TIMES , NO RESPONSE.
WE ARE LEFT HERE,NOT KNOWING
ANYTHING, IT IS STILL AFTER A MONTH

Ordered Dec 2 and still have not received my product. When I contact them I get Facebook messages to be patient..My patience has run out!

SCAM!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS...ordered from Serenity beauty labs via a Facebook ad on the 6th Dec. My items still haven't arrived, there's no record of my order when I put the number into the tracking page on their website and they have ignored all of my emails enquiring about where my order is! £96 out of pocket....do not use this 'company'...

Ordered product December 1. And it’s now December 31. It’s still not here and I’m pretty sure it won’t be coming. It’s definitely a scam.

I SUGGEST PUTTING IN A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY/BANK. When I tried to send this company a Facebook message which they have previously responded to before, I Got a notification that the message could not be sent and when I went to click on there page, it was no longer there. Of course like everyone else, I have sent emails to the email that's connected to them on shop, but receive no response. I did report them through the shop app but I don't think that does anything. I disputed it with my bank. I am no longer seeing their numerous ads on Facebook so I'm not sure where else they are trying to scam people at. I place my original order November 9th. Now after I actually did a little research, I have found the same device on Temu. At least anytime I have not been happy with anything on that website, there was never a problem with a refund which was immediate.

6/14/2025 update - I came to add more info to this review. I'm not sure who changed the company name, but that is incorrect. I assume they did it so that they can't be found. They are SERENITY BEAUTY LABS

This is a complete scam but unfortunately the 3rd party Shop I brought it from make it difficult to report a problem.

Please do not buy from this company.

I'm sure the warnings about this so called company are going to grow, I too have been scammed. I 100% agree with the other reviews so please read them and don't hand over any money to these con artists!!!!!

Unfortunately, I didnt see these reviews before paying for their "Neux Radiance Handset." They are a complete scam. Like others, I got not response from customer service for status updates on shipping through Shop or direct email to them. No response to requesting a refund. Save your money. They have really good fake advertising with fake reviews of their product.
According to Google search, this fake company is based out of Afghanistan.
