Sorry I'm a bit late writing this. I needed a car quickly and only had limited funds, Jason had a few cheap cars for me and I found one I liked and in budget, He pointed out it was a cheap trade car but still agreed to health check and mot the car. Honestly, they were all fab and I'd highly recommend them whatever your budget.

I saw the car I wanted online; went in to view it; test drove it, fell in love with it. Decided to purchase it, when I’d had it a week or so I noticed it had issues such as one of the wing mirrors motors weren’t working; meaning the wing mirror remained inwards unless pushed out manually, secondly the reverse camera on the car wasn’t working, alongside an over sensitive parking sensor, I contacted serenity who were very helpful and booked me into a specialist who would take a look at the problem, the specialist were unable to fix the problem as they don’t have the device to recalibrate the parking sensor and they also can’t fix the reverse camera.
The car remains with the same faults that I need to pay for.
I was advised by serenity that I bought the car “as seen” on a “trade sale” so therefore there was nothing they could do, even though it is a safety issue as I cant get a full view of the road and I was NOT made aware of the issues before buying it as seen.
Be very careful with this company and be sure to check for any faults as the staff weren’t aware of the faults I don’t have much confidence in using their service again.
Having knew this, I would have bought a different car from a different company.
I will not be using this company again and will advise friends and family to not use this company. Very good at stamping out consumer rights and working there way around the blame.
I do have to say Jason from serenity was very sympathetic and apologised that they couldn’t do anything as it was out of his hands.

Saw the car we wanted, had a test drive straight away and decided to buy it. There was no hard sell and we weren’t there all day like you usually are in car sale rooms. The staff were lovely and really helpful and it was actually easy for once to buy a car without them having to go and speak to the Manager to get a better price and all that rubbish that you usually get from car salesmen. Would definitely recommend this company we are really happy with the car.

Couldn't speak highly enough of the guys from Serenity Cars. Brilliant service. Made to feel really comfortable from the off. No pressure and they put you at ease from the second you walk in. All cars are great quality and excellent price. They couldn't be any more helpful. I'd strongly advise anybody to use them and couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you very much again. I'm already in love with my Audi A5!

Recently bought a BMW 5 series from Serenity Cars and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the experience. Jason handled my sale and was very welcoming and not pushy at all.

Updated 12th February as my post sales review appears to have been removed following me being called ‘spiteful’ by owner for leaving a factually accurate review of poor post sales experience which is non compliant with the consumer rights act resulting in me raising a dispute with the motor ombudsman

Mechanical faults occurred within 3 months not 7 months, we’ve only owned the car 5 months this month, and as such what you refer to a bullying & blackmailing, I refer to as exercising my consumer rights

I would expect a car purchased for £5,000 to last longer than September to December

The offer to repair the cost was not declined, my daughter was told to pick the car up with the suggestion to get it repaired locally, which we did

I have never once threatened to leave poor reviews that is an outright lie on your part and at the time of your comments (5 hours ago) you already know that the motor ombudsman and citizens advice bureau have provided me with a letter which I have sent to you and you have read advising using an alternative dispute resolution service regarding the several repair bills we have had to date

This is an excellent car garage. They had a superb range of stock and were very knowledgeable about the different cars they had and their different features. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Jason for all his support and his non pushy approach.

Serenity Cars sourced the car I specified & arranged for it to be delivered to my door. Excellent service from the guys. Friendly, helpful & professional. The car is great!!

Turned up without appointment and the sales team dropped everything for me. Coffee, test drive, advice about warranties and some great craic. The car I liked was ready to drive away so we did the deal, I got an excellent price for my car and a gift box and I away in my new Mercedes. Ian was brilliant and Jay was hilarious. I went into Serenity looking for a BMW 335/435d they had one in stock that looked great but I’d set my ❤️ on Blue with a red interior. Ian said leave it with him he would look to source one.

I didn’t really expect to hear anything back as it’s a fairly rare colour combination. However the following week Ian sent over pictures of a prospective vehicle matching my spec.

I’ve viewed the vehicle and pick it up next week. I couldn’t be happier! I’d highly recommend going and talking with the sales team at serenity even if they don’t have the exact vehicle you want on their website. Great work Ian 👍
