Unorganised and unprofessional!
Im so disappointed with business owner! First try of booking a time slot she wrote a text message to me proposing me alternative time (which I wasn't available for so I cancelled). Next try she cancelled me 10 minutes before my 1.500DKK treatment arguing that it is me who is not serious because of my cancelation previously. She is totally unorganised and unprofessional!

Highly Unprofessional behaviour
Makeup was good.
The behaviour of the business owner is highly unprofessional. Even after with all the required steps, including visiting a day early to finalize the hairstyle, to reaching her place before time at the day of the event,I complied with everything she asked of me, from not bringing anyone along , to being punctual. I was at her place 10 minutes before the designated time yet she delayed and hurried the last part of me getting ready and i was late to the city hall by 25 minutes. we had to convince the admins at city hall to hold the ceremony and they told us if it had been a usual busy day they would have canceled the appointment and we would have to do everything again altogether from registration to signing. This was highly unprofessional of her. She did not even apologize for it. I just wanted her to acknowlegde her mistake.

Thanks for your acknowledgement of makeup. We are glad you like it. We really apologize for the delay of 40 minutes. However, you were pre-informed by Makeup & Hair contract that you signed and acknowledged, that if any checklist pre-conditions are not met by any client (which in this case was a situation - where you came with wet / moist hair recently washed and not dried), Salon has to perform a Blow dry of hair which took 40 minutes of extra time which wasn't part of initial agreement stated in contract or in planned timeline. It was necessary to do so, otherwise the procedure wouldn't have been completed. Also, it was very unpleasant experience for me to come by, and pick up accessories from you which was also stated in the contract that it was your responsibility to deliver it else additional charges are applicable. The matter of fact is, that there was additional hour spent for transportation to pick accessories and an additional hour to fulfill items which were not obeyed from checklist, which is a cost to the business. We really appreciate your understanding in this case.

I have been here for a Microdermabrasion, which is used to minimise dark circles. I absolutely loved the treatment and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to minimise or get rid of their dark circles. Retina is very welcoming and talks you through the treatment. I saw instant results after just one session. Will definitely book another session!

I’ve been here for multiple treatments including nail painting, a facial treatment, makeup looks, and others and have always had a relaxing time with great results. Reetika is very kind and knowledgeable and walks me through procedures as it happens. I recommend her for your beauty needs!

Love this place! I always come here to get my nails and eyebrows done. Once a month, I also like to get a full body massage, there is nothing better than that! Reetika does an awesome job and she is very friendly and professional. I’m so picky about my eyebrows and I always leave satisfied! Had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Reetika. She did a great job with my facial and manicure. I tried keratin brow lamination for the first time with a slight hesitation. She reassured me how amazing my eyebrows will look and as expected the end result was simply amazing.
