Would Definitely Recommend!
I have been using Serenity Servers for a few years now, hosted many Servers from them, and I would happily recommend them to anyone. Servers have had no big issues, TS3 has worked great, Web-hosting has had no problems. Support is very helpful but can take time, at least for me.

Terrible support, my cPanel was not properly setup. I had to wait 72 hrs to get a working version.

The fact that this user updated his review to increase the wait time, combined with the fact that he provided the email and reference ID of a user who didn't even order a website, simply adds to our suspicion that this was a fake review to begin with. Sadly Trustpilot blatantly accept any and all information, despite concrete evidence from our end, this was posted and later updated after we refused to bow under for his blackmail attempt, to have us send him money or he would slander our name.
Original reply, before he updated the 24 hour wait to 72:
The domain you registered with us can take up to 24 hours to propagate and update the records for the new host world wide.
This is totally normal, you can google it if you want.

First time I ordered from SerenityServers I was very hesitant, as many are when trying a new hosting company. I've now been using their service for over two years, and would not even consider switching.

It's Good!
My experience with Serenity Servers was good! Support tickets were answered very quickly and the service itself was excellent. I had no performance issues and the server ran great. I used Serenity over 2 years ago so I am not sure if things have changed however DDoS protection was pretty bad and never really blocked anything, web hosting was also buggy where sites were being redirected to other people sites (issue with cPanel). I recommend Serenity for small startup servers however the quality does not match the price.

SerenityServers is great. It provides really good and powerful servers, with plenty of functionnalities. The support is great, you can be sure to get an answer in minutes for every questions you ask. And that is not all ! The prices are awesome ! Many host provides exactly the same for a bigger price... Why ? I don't know ! The gamepanel is easy to use, the ftp connection is fast... This host only have pros, no cons. It is perfect if you want to start a new server, the price is affordable for anyone !!
