Very satisfied experience
The jewelry looks amazing both ring and necklace. The ring size chart helped me find the best size for the finger I had in mind. Now I can use it to complete my looks with other accessories from the brand. The necklace is minimalist and very beautiful it’s a hit for me ! When it comes to the delivery it was both fast and without a problem. It came in less than a week from the UK to here in Belgium. The packing by light but safe. The brand also offers many methods of payment such as Klarna so any wallet can afford a little treat from them. I’m very satisfied and will order from Serge Denimes in the future for sure !

Hi Jem, I've looked into this for you and I can see your first email to us was sent on November 6th, the day after this review was made, and that this credit was processed the next morning. We process returns when they arrive so we're unable to give credit until we receive it. We're sorry you weren't happy with your Jasper Ring; we do note on the product page that Jasper is a natural crystal stone and so no 2 stones are ever alike.

At first was very happy, but product broke easily and I have tried to contact customer service multiple times (5+ now!) with no response, to get it replaced as per their exchange policy.

Broken item, no refund
Bought an item on sale which broke after two months. They could not replace the item and would not give me a refund because of store policy. Why would I want store credit at a store where the items break so easily? Unresolved and will not buy from them again
