Ordered a couple of sizes. Only found out after the sale had gone through that I can't return sale goods.
Oh and I've been charged for everything and the package is missing items. Obviously getting no response on customer services so I'll have to open a PayPal case and try and claim it there.

Ordered on 3/6/23 , 1 tracksuit £75 , no email confirmation so after 4 days I hounded them with numerous emails , only got automated replies , I understand the company is in NY and items distributed from FR , after 3 days of no replies I opened a case on PP , fast forward another 3 days and I received my tracking details from FEDEX ,and then EU SERGIO TACCHINI , I was expecting dodgy fake goods from Turkey but the items I ordered arrived and were legitimate, seems like all the ordering system is computerised/AI , I will order again 👍🏻

Parcel stuck in clearance
Previously I had a excellent experience from Sergio Tacchini just a couple of weeks prior, ordered, chose a size down as I knew from experience that the items come as USA sizes
The order came within 2 days of placing my order, absolutely brilliant from Paris, so I thought I'd go back and get some other pieces in their sale
The order was due out for delivery on June 1st, which would have been 2 days after ordering, all good I thought, however it never arrived
I Used the Fed Ex app to track the parcel, it's been in clearance for 6 days as I write this, I've received no updates from Fed Ex
I have of course tried to connect Sergio Tacchini but haven't received any response, the only help I've been able to get is through Sergio Tacchini UK on instagam,with the guy raising the issue with head office but he's yet to receive a response
I can only echo what many others have already said, shocking, non existant customer service, parcel stuck in clearance in Paris, no updates from the courier Fed Ex
I appreciate that there can be delays, and I appreciate that once the items leave the warehouse they are the responsibility of the courier but the retailer has responsibility as the point of purchase,not to respond to any emails is just beyond poor it's actually negligent

Don't buy if UK based
Clicked on the site from google. All prices were in pounds so i (wrongly) assumed it was for uk distribution.
I ordered a couple of sizes thinking to keep the best fit. Only when i get the order confirmation does it highlight this was an international sale, would take over 4 days to arrive and NO refunds or exchanges.
Immediately contacted customer support to cancel the order. left several messages and no reply. Oh also its been a week and i still haven't had the delivery either.
AVOID and buy off a UK retailer if you are UK based.

I really wish I came here first. My package has been stuck in France and nobody seems to want to respond to my emails. I have this thing where I assume a reputable company like themselves should have delivered items regularly enough for things to run smoothly, but this is just not the case. I will never ever ever order from here again. I personally believe they need new management and a new system. Please listen to these reviews and save yourself the hassle. Ordering from Sergio Tacchini it’s simply not worth it.

If I could give a minus star review it would be still too high, the most dier customer service I have ever encountered, I have now resigned myself to knowing that the other half of my order is never going to arrive, I ordered 2x polo shirts from Sergio Tacchini EU and after a couple of days my parcel arrived -1 shirt, I checked my account and it stated order fulfilled, but this was not the case, even the delivery note stated only 1shirt had been dispatched, I have emailed, telephoned and txtd every day, but no reply, I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing, I have worn Tacchini since the 70's, and buy my clobber from reputable sellers normally, but thought I would cut out the middle man, what a fool I was, look forward to seeing if Tacchini have the audacity to reply, order number STEU_22341 Sergio Tachinni

Terrible Returns Procedure
Ordered tracksuit it was delivered. Size was too big. It was explained I would need to return the item get a refund then repurchase if required. They sent me a returns label for the warehouse in France. I posted on the 12th, the normal tracking didn't work so I had to contact Parcelforce. They checked the French tracking site and confirmed the package had been delivered on the 19th. Ice been emailing the customer service email every day and they don't even acknowledge you. There was a customer service line in the USA which cost me £2.50 per minute and 50p per text. Still I've had no reply. TACCHINI HAS GOOD CLOTHES BUT THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALTH WITH

If there were no stars this is what Sergio Tacchini would get. No delivery of goods despite web site mentioning delivery between 2-4 working days. No response to 6 emails apart from one that says “we will look into your order” but no further response and waiting after another week. I don’t expect any further resolution so will need to look for support from my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SHAMEFUL

My girlfriend gifted me this as I've been wanting a sweatsuit for some time the material is great quality BUT there cutting corners as the bottom had a huge gap in the seam either never been stitched or just done poorly I exchanged the item that process was smooth enough but then after one wear the sweatpants letter is coming off i was forced to buy fabric glue in order to secure it back i would say order at your own risk the fashion is attractive.
