Serinsey Smile 

I came to Serinsey for 25 Zirconium Crowns and the service was nothing short of exceptional! From speaking to Betty over WhatsApp in the UK, to arriving in Istanbul, Bettys support has been great. My stay in the 5 star hotel and transport has been brilliant! The service at the clinic itself was amazing and the staff really put you at ease. If your thinking about going to turkey for your teeth but are unsure - just get yourself out to Serinsey and you will not look back!

Got composite bonding done, cant fault them at all. Absolutely brilliant service from everyone, from the very beginning of getting information and quotations all the way to checking up on me afterwards. Honestly a brilliant company who know what they’re doing and put their customers first. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Cant fault them at all.

Scammer this people license need to be taken do not go there. My wife got veneers at the clinic last week all her veneers are coming off. She did not eat for the past 3 days she is in lot of pain. I'm looking for a lawyer to take care of this Scammers. Please do not go there your going to have issues for life with your teeth. My wife is going to new doctor on Monday we have to pay 5000$ again.

My doctor Şirin is a perfectionist, she did such an amazing job with my teeth. She was very gentle and helpful in helping me with my decision. I’m absolutely loving my teeth

I had the best time fronstart to finish, lily booking me in was amazing and answered every question i had. When i arrived i was met by kerim the lovely man who made me feel comfortable and talked me throufh the process. The dentist Duygu was absolutely amazing. She completed every tweek i had and wanted till i was so happy

Where do I start.. from the moment I was contacted by lily (patient coordinator) made me feel special and comfortable travelling to Istanbul for my dental plan. I was anxious travelling so far but they made it so simple for me.
I got picked up from the airport in style the vip transfer was amazing. And the drivers were so nice an helpful, when I got the hotel which was 5-star I was simply amazed such a beautiful place.

When I got to the clinic they were so welcoming (I’ve already forgotten the dentists names so sorry) an helpful making sure I was comfortable an ready before starting the treatment, talking me through every step an making sure I understood what was being done.
Then the day of having my teeth put in everything went so smoothly an I am so so happy with my new smile an can’t wait to show it off! Overall the whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend serinsey if your looking for your new smile! Thanks again to to the serinsey team.

I visited Serinsey for my dental treatment, I have had 28 zirconium crowns fitted. My experience was absolutely amazing from the start to the end, I was picked up from the airport then taken to a 5 star hotel. Everything went smoother then expected, I had the biggest fear when it comes to visiting the dentist but thanks to Serinsey team I have finally overcome that fear. The team was extremely supportive and kind. I was treated by a sweet and kind doctor called Shirin who was so gentle and patient. I was so scared of the treatment but Shirin and Kerim made sure to make me feel safe and comfortable from the start to the end. They have made my dream come true to be able to smile again with confidence! Words can not describe how happy I am and how safe I felt by Shirin and Kerim. Thank you so much for everything much love to these kind souls!

I had an amazing experience with Serinsey for my dental treatment on May 10th. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Betty, who managed all my travel and appointment arrangements, was incredibly helpful. She promptly answered all my questions, no matter when I had them.

Upon landing, the airport transfer was slightly delayed, but it wasn’t a big deal. The ride to the hotel was smooth, and the hotel itself was a fantastic 5-star accommodation with excellent service.

At the clinic, I was warmly greeted by the patient coordinator, Kerim, who was wonderful throughout the process. Dr. Duygu performed my composite bonding veneers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth look amazing, and I highly recommend Serinsey to anyone considering dental work.

A small note for South East Asians: if you consume a lot of curry and tea, your teeth might stain slightly and not stay as white, but they will still look great. No issues so far—thanks, Serinsey!

Do your research well! The marketing attracts people, but my experience at the dentist was terrible. It was a small place with nowhere for the person accompanying you to sit. I spent about 10 hours there for bonding, after which I felt nauseous, dizzy, and sick. A few days later, I had to go back because the bonding was poorly done. There was a foreign lady crying because she didn't know how long she had to wait, and she came for crown teeth. Be careful if you're considering bonding! No one takes the trouble to keep you informed at each step. They tell you that you'll end up in a 5-star hotel, but it's not true at all. It was anything but a 5-star hotel.

As I mentioned in my previous review, I fully stand by it! My teeth have broken from different angles within a month. I had to incur additional costs in the Netherlands because of this. This is terrible!

The money I saved after quitting smoking has literally been wasted. It's heartbreaking.

And then they want to report my review? Absolutely not!

This was an amazing experience. From the very beginning when I made an enquiry with Lily, she was very helpful and kind and kept in contact with me right up until the day of my procedure. The hotel was amazing and beautiful and the transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the dentist was very helpful and such an amazing experience. All the staff at yhe dentist were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable that everything will go well. I love my new set of teeth and I will do it all over again with Serinsey.Will highly recommend.

I had the pleasure to experience my time with Serinsey smile and I can honestly say they was amazing with me. I traveled on my own and they was there by every step of the way such as fast reply’s if I had messaged them, they had a person waiting for me at the airport ready for transfers and all my travel was included, the hotel was included and was an amazing hotel, the staff at Serinsey smile was also amazing friendly and kind to me. They talked me through my process every step of the way. And made me feel at home, my can’t consultant has even become a friend. He made sure I was safe, happy and also made sure I had eaten and drank bless him. I found it scary on my own but these lot made me feel so at ease. All I can say is I put my trust into them and they followed through and right till the end my advise is just trust the process till the end result because I am in absolute love with my new smile! My teeth are amazing I can’t stop smiling. Thankyou so much to all the staff for also putting up with me because I can be a nightmare! But they dealt with me so good. I definitely advise to go with Serinsey smile for your new look. Mine are perfect.

I cannot believe this! They have been trying to take my comments off constantly! They wanna hide the truth! Biggest scammers I have ever had! I had to redo my teeth and pay so much again.. They want to take your money and not letting people see the truth! This is so frustrating! I have been trying to get in touch with trustpilot because they give false information!
