I never got the product, they charge me but never send anything.
They keep saying that are going to send it, but nothing has arrived after 2 months of waiting.

Worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Purchased a bracelet over a month ago. They TOOK MY MONEY AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME. UP UNTIL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not and I repeat DO NOT GUVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS. They’re a bunch of crooks and scammers

If it was possible to give a -10, I would! This company has ripped me off over and over and over and I don’t understand how they can even stay in business!
I ordered two thorn bracelets. They sent me these tiny little things that wouldn’t fit around it a little kid and I wanted to exchange them and they said no too bad and I’m not joking. Then I ordered two more the size the bigger ones and I also ordered the angel wing bracelet and ring combination and then I ordered another bracelet and ring and nothing has shown up. I keep sending messages and they keep saying check your neighbours and check this and not but I didn’t even get tracking numbers for these things. These guys need to be shut down. They’re absolutely THEIVES AND SCAMMERS!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! You will get RIPPED IFF!!! I have spent around $500 with this effing company. That is nothing but a bullshit company. I will be getting a hold of the Better Business Bureau my bank and fraud investigations and to my lawyer we’ll see how long they’ll stay in business.!!!b

SCAMMERS

I ordered two Thorn bracelets for the past Christmas holidays. That was Nov 28, 2025. Received notification the next day they had shipped. But, now it is February 15, 2026 and still HAVE NOT received anything. Back and forth with emails and every time its the same thing, "can we get your order number and they will look into it." Attorneys and law enforcement are my next step!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM PLACE!!!!!!

The jewelry arrives timely, but is so small. They fit babies not adults, and I have a very small wrist. You can't return them for a refund and you can't exchange for a larger size. And there customer service is not helpful. Don't spend your money with this company.

I ordered 30 rolls of Charmin toilet paper. I received 20 rolls of a non- brand. I’ve spoken with the company and they aren’t willing to do anything to correct.

This company doesn't even deserve one star! How can we stop them? Has anyone found a legal way to go after this company? I would certainly join a class action suit if one exists. I would like to protect other people from being scammed. Has anyone found a way to contact this company? I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Worst company I've ever tried. I paid $65 for toilet paper last March - every two weeks (as I contacted them) they begged me to be patient. It's now May 25th and I see I will never see the tp or my money again. Shame on Serlyn.They go by several names (and that's a hint right there) so try to see the company that will get your money before you press BUY..

This company is the worst. On April 5th I ordered a 10 pack of Charmin toilet paper. At that time, of course, it was almost impossible to find any. I paid $25 + $7 shipping. It turns out this toilet paper was coming from China & it literally came on a slow boat from China. I didn't get any info on delivery date for almost a week. Serlyn used China Post shipping. They gave me a tracking #, but it got stuck in Shenzen, China on April 14. After 2 weeks of checking I sent Serlyn an email asking what was happening. They answered back that their tracking records said it was in transit, to be patient, & it would probably take 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks--still not here, so another email. They replied with the exact same response they sent before (2 more weeks). I replied on May 14th that if it didn't get here by the May 18th I was going to report this as a scam. They replied it would be there on the 18th. In the meantime I got updates from China Post that the package arrived in Los Angeles on May 14th. I ended up not getting it until May 21st (I live about an hours drive from LA). When I opened up the package there was a bag with absolutely no writing on it & it contained 10 rolls of miniature toilet paper (like half the size of a normal roll) & I have no idea what brand it is.Obviously very upsetting! I had already reported it to my credit card company about 2 weeks before as a scam so they are researching it, but they already credited my account. I did send them an angry email asking for an immediate refund. I'm not holding my breath.

This is a joke, 10 tiny rolls. You should be ashamed of yourself, and should be a crime to do this to people during a pandemic. If karma is true, god help you for what is coming your way

I was also very disappointing after receiving my 10 tiny rolls of toilet paper! I feel taken advantaged of.

I consider this place a scam. The Charmin toilet paper I ordered for $50 minus shipping are Little small (very) rolls in unmarked wrapping.
I truly feel this was false advertising as it is nothing like you pictured on your site. You are a disgrace for cheating people in this time of need, or anytime for that matter!😡

This is a true bait and switch outfit. I ordered 30 rolls of Charmin toilet paper for $69! I received 10 VERY small rolls of toilet paper (no label on the packaging). When contacting the company they said "it is a visual error caused by the photograph". Yea, right! Since when does 30 rolls LOOK like 10 rolls???! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: AFTER I wrote this nasty rating, I received 2 MORE packages of 10 rolls each. Totaling 30 rolls of VERY tiny toilet paper. These rolls are about 1/4 the size of the mega rolls that were advertised. BUT in all fairness, they did send me 30 rolls! LOL Still...I will never order from them again, still a bait and switch outfit.
