I received my packages this morning and everything was perfect!! I bought 2 flannel jacket and they fit great and are really warm too. I will definitely be looking at buying more stuff for sure!! Kathy at custumer service is also doing an amazing job replying at all questions asked really quickly and friendly manners as well. All Customer services should be like Kathy! Really good first experience and definitely wont be the last. Thanks Serremo

My experience with a Ms. Sarah C in customer service was over the top! I initially wasn't happy that I couldn't alter my order and then came Ms. Sarah! She helped me more then I could have asked for and the replies were speedy and respectful! Thank you for gaining my trust in your company!

Great customer service when exchanging an item for a different size. Easy instructions and prompt responses from Kathy ! Kudos to Serremo for hiring quality like Kathy it really does secure and promote business.

My package was not able to be tracked and Jessica Hewitt came in and saved the day. She made sure my package arrived when it was supposed toad the items were in perfect condition.

I got to receive an item from this Serremo store as a gift from my Uncle and I must say that it was of the best quality and fit! He also mentioned how excellent it was to have a smooth transaction online, as he was not that tech-savvy and was helped out by one of the support Sara. I think I will purchase myself to this shop!

Customer service was great and quick! I put the wrong shipping address and they fixed it for me so quick and it was even a Sunday! Received the package quickly and it’s great quality and color.

Love Serremo’s stuff. I have a hoody, a jacket, and now the shoes. Their stuff is durable, has great style (my wife confirms), and prices and customer service are awesome. Will 100% be back and will 100% recommend to friends.

Amazing experience
I had an exceptional experience with Serremo and Jessica H. in customer service. She was incredibly responsive and helped with everything I needed with zero issues at all. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Serremo & Jessica!

Couldn’t think of a worse company. Ordered 2 sweaters. They were absolute junk and not cotton as they advertised. They didn’t even look the same - total false advertising , so I returned them. I paid $22 for shipping back since they don’t give you a return label. Then no refund. I file a dispute with my credit card company. Serremo asked me to remove it. I said no you didn’t refund me. Then Serremo filed a response to the credit card company that I didn’t return the items. Total outright lie. It’s like double theft! Not only are they trying to keep my money from their low quality items but I’m also out the shipping. What a joke of a company.

Side note - they also use fake customer service names - it’s just a scam. There are other companies selling the exact same items for 80% less.

I ordered 3 sweaters from Serremo. One arrived in just over 10 days and the other two arrived almost 30 days after ordering. The quality of the sweaters was sub par to say the least. I feel the pictures on the website are extremely misleading making the items look like they are far better quality than they actually are. I contacted customer service and explained how unhappy I was with how long the items took to arrive as well as the quality of the items. They offered to refund me only if I paid for shipping of the items back to their warehouse. On top of that they didn’t refund me the full cost of what I originally paid, they deducted what they charged for shipping to me. All in all they deducted over $15 in shipping from what I originally paid and it cost my over $18 to send the items back so I paid $33 out of pocket to send the items back. What an absolute rip off. I do not recommend this company whatsoever

I saw a ad on FB for the Serremo hoodie and really liked the style. I bought a red pull over and a gray zip hoodie, they arrived in about a week and I absolutely love them, they fit and look great. I'll be buying from them again. Thanks!
