SERTA 'HOTEL' MATTRESS
I ordered a Serta Castlecrest Plush Top 2-sided mattress, queen size on 5/26/25. Per the specs on the website, it was supposed to be 13.25" thick. The mattress I received was 11.125" thick, over 2" thinner. It was 80" long but a couple of inches narrower than the stated 60".
I emailed their customer service on 6/09/25 to complain about the mattress not being of the proper specs. They responded that they would replace the mattress (which they did) but I wonder if this is the only time they did this?
I might not have realized I was sent a lesser mattress but for the fact that I have a mattress cover that barely fit our previous mattress with was 14" thick. I expected it to be slightly looser on the 13.25" mattress but it was really baggy. This is the reason I unmade the bed & measured the mattress. I sent pictures of the measurement to Serta along with the copy of the specs from their website. I still have all proof of what happened. I wonder if they do this & only replace the mattress if the customer notices & complains. I will also complain to the FTC. If you buy from this site, save yourself. Maybe they won't do it to you.
