support is very responsive on discord, the only other host i've ever used is logicservers but servcity is miles better, its nearly 1/3rd the price of other hosts for the same config and I love how good the server panel is compared to logicservers

It's a really good service, and honestly the cheapest me and my friends could find. Pretty good specs, all in all vfm. One thing I would change is the customer service speed, but you can't expect too much for the price.

Great work, been renting a 500% vCPU ● 12 GiB RAM MC for 2 months now, I've never had a problem with the hosting. Their customer service is really good, they respond pretty fast on discord.

Slow customer service.

My server has been down for weeks and the customer service is incredibly slow and some of the staff members don’t even care enough to help

It keeps crashing constantly and very clunky to use

The plugin panel is kinda iffy about sourcing but custom plugins work perfectly.

The guys over at ServCity immediately helped me solve the issues I had with my server and the emails I wasn't receiving. They've been nothing but thorough and polite all throughout the process even if I was standoffish at first.

5/5 I would recommend this to anyone for the quick responses, proper guidance and the tutorial, that they have included for everything.

Great experience, buyin baremetal servers for my own purposes, never had an issues wit ddoses, fast response & solving of problems!! i recommend!

I couldn't believe the specs of the server until it was confirmed, great hosting really cheap and recommended to use.

This is the best hosting, and the reason my server is still alive, with their super affordable pricing but still SUPER HIGH-SPEC servers they offer it's the best option for everyone. Also the support team is better than any other hosting, even though it is ran by only 2 people!

Top service, very satisfied! From the moment I rented the server, I could follow how my dedicated was installed, even with photos! Furthermore, if I had a problem, they helped very quickly. Even when installing a game server I get a lot of tips! And the price is very good! So people are definitely recommended to come to this host provider!

I highly recommend ServCity for the reasons bellow.
1: They are always just a message away if you are needing Tec support or Have a issue with your service.
2: They have always been there to answer any questions regarding different pricing and what server type is better for different things, (They have the know how on what type of hardware you need or software).
3: There pricing has been lower then many other hosting providers, I used to be with another provider that gave good performance and when I moved over to ServCity, I seen more performance/better hardware then what I was getting for cheaper.
4: There dedicated servers are amazing, With a nice web GUI to see all of your server stats.
5: Over my time with using ServCity I have use different services from: Minecraft Servers (Via there panel), VPS & A dedicated server, The full time I have been with them I have never been DDOSed or taken offline, There support level is out of this world, There prices have remained fair and I have never had any issues (Even starting from a non IT background person).

Cheap and performant hosting, highly competitive pricing compared to the competition despite being new to the hosting game.
