First of all, the very professional yet warm and friendly attitude of all employees made my experience outstanding. I truly appreciated the cleanliness and the respectful, welcoming atmosphere of the office, where all of us contribute to a positive environment. Professional Spaces with Great Views and Friendly Staff

I've used Servcorp offices in several locations and have consistently been impressed by the quality of their spaces. The offices are well-designed, modern, and often come with stunning views that make the workday feel a bit more inspiring. My experience with Servcorp’s…

My experience with Servcorp’s cancellation policy was negative. Their contracts feel open‑ended and the penalties for ending service are disproportionate to the value received. I’d advise anyone considering Servcorp to read the fine print carefully.

Class Action Against Servcorp

there is a law firm which is calling for a class action against servcorp for their misleading and deceptive advertising in relation to their virtual office packages and their hidden charges.

I suggest we all join to ensure Servcorp is answerable for their wrongdoing and everyone is compensated for all the extra charges they have been paying without any justification.

The worst company I have encountered in…

The worst company I have encountered in Australia. They prioritize profit over ethics and should be avoided at all costs. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend them to anyone, not even to my worst enemies.

A Stressful and Outdated Workplace

A Stressful and Outdated Workplace – No Work-Life Balance

Servcorp has a toxic and stressful work environment due to poor management. The company hires young, inexperienced managers who lack knowledge of the market, making it difficult to achieve unrealistic KPIs. The head office in Sydney offers little to no support, and their business strategy hasn’t evolved since the 1970s. They try to introduce new ideas, but leadership remains stuck in the past, unwilling to truly innovate.

There is no work-life balance at all. Servcorp expects you to prioritize the company over everything, even outside of work. If you have a family, forget about it—Servcorp comes first, not your personal life. Employees are expected to handle everything on the floor without proper breaks or rewards. Clients are not a priority—Servcorp focuses more on squeezing every dollar out of them rather than providing real value.

For your own well-being and mental health, stay away from Servcorp

Best View and Service in Melbourne!

If you want a stunning location to “wow” your clients, there is no better service or set up than Servcorp. We have been a client for over five years and wouldn’t choose another. The staff are always highly professional, warm and friendly. Delighted to recommend!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Servcorp gouge people and at every opportunity they charge you without explanation...they charge for wiping down the table..and even when you comply and give them the requisite notice period to cancel ...they tell you that it's a calendar month..so not 4 weeks but from a new calendar month..then to add insult to injury they charge a cancellation fee as well. Unbelievable.... unethical.. borderline illegal.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, unfair and borderline illegal operation.
Servcorp deliberately underquotes the rental cost and then tried to make up by false billing and hidden costs, abusing their clients. Every single month there is ridiculous and deliberate hidden and false charges. Just made up fees that mean nothing, it takes weeks and months of arguing and evasive managers to get some rectified.
No Servcorp client has ever seen a cent of their deposit returned, upon end of contract they will hit you with thousands of dollars of false and illegal charges not only to steal the deposit but hoping you would pay some on top as well.

Servcorp Hobart Office -Not complying with the agreement——change work space/price after you sign agreement

After staying for over three months at Servcorp Hobart Office, I've encountered an unexpected situation. During the tour, the manager showcased a promising workspace, yet upon signing the agreement, they demanded relocation to a different space under the threat of increased charges for the initially shown location.

Upon discussing this discrepancy with the manager, I was told that the signed agreement was incorrect. Before making any decisions, I highly recommend researching 'Servcorp ACCC' to gain better insight into their practices and policies.

Sneaky and hard to get in contact

Used their meeting room under a once off agreement for a week of meetings. They saved our credit card details and have kept taking small payments on it without permission. They are very hard to get in touch with, calls and emails go unanswered. They keep your information on file even after they have been asked to remove it. Avoid!

Excellent Services Provided by the Brisisbane Eagle Street Servcorp Team

The Servcorp team at the 10 Eagle Street office in Brisbane have been fantastic in helping Akela Group settle into our new premises and supporting us with our requirements.

We were provided with an exceptional onboarding experience, with the team providing prompt assistance with any questions that we had.

When members of the Akela team needed to travel interstate, the Servcorp team ensured that there were suitable offices booked for the team to work out of.

As a direct result of the experience to date, Akela Group is happy to announce that it has selected Servcorp to be its strategic partner for offices across Australia and in some international locations.

If your looking for a premium serviced office experience, the team at Servcorp tick all the boxes. Friendly and helpful management, PA's and reception staff. The location is central with beautiful offices and views. Thank you Hayley, Mabel, Danielle, Hannah, Jacki and Chloe for looking after us.

Brookfield Place Perth

For the last 4 years I have used the team at Servcorp Brookfield Place, Perth as my virtual assistants and reception. The current team of Cas and Emma have been outstanding and I have been impressed with their service and ability to use their initiative when dealing with my clients. My clients often comment how excellent they are and it has been reassuring to know that they have supported my business through these difficult times. Unfortunately my business has outgrown their service but I am grateful for all their help.

Servcorp Norwest - Brilliant!

The decision to relocate to a Servcorp office (Norwest) was one of the best decisions we have made as an organisation. The layout, design and ambience is great. The biggest callout where the support staff who have supported our business advisory firm since relocating. Ashleigh has been supporting both us and our clients with executive secretarial solutions including diary management, appointments, client interaction, meeting participation and marketing/branding. Additionally, Gabriella, Elizza and Brooke have continued to support us in similar areas and actioned every request we required in a timely, professional and solution-focused approached. They have all been especially patient with myself when I'm juggling multiple things and not once have they complained (yet).

We always look forward to walking in each morning and seeing the biggest smiles (especially from Gabby) greet us when we step out of the elevator and it is the small things like this that make a difference to both us and our clients. I really commend the entire team.

20 years as a Servcorp client

Harriss Wagner Consultants and Advisers has been a client of Servcorp's for 20 years. Like all relationships of that duration we have had our ups and downs, however on the whole the experience has been positive. We have occupied offices at 101 Collins St Melbourne, 140 William St Melbourne, Chifley Tower Sydney, St Georges Terrace Perth, Bank of China Building Hong Kong, Two IFC Hong Kong, and Eagle St Brisbane. Further, we have had the benefit of utilising the vast network of Servcorp offices in many other parts of the world where our clients are located including Asia, the UK and North America. The experience is always the same where ever in the world we visit a Servcorp office. The reception staff are always polite and accommodating, the offices are professional, clean and inviting and the technology is well suited to a mobile workforce like ours. In today's age of agility, mobility and the need for greater flexibility, the Servcorp model offers us all of this and more.
