It’s difficult to find reliable and knowledgeable people these days but Tinaro is exactly that.
He took on our heating which is complex and he has it working well now. Our house is warmer and cosier than it’s ever been.
He also fitted our hot tap which is perfect.
Tinaro is approachable, kind and a very nice gentleman who will help out whenever necessary and we are glad to know him.

The guys from Serve North did a great job installing my new boiler. Quite a complicated old set up to replace, which they did carefully , meticulously and with a keen eye on safety. And they were super friendly !

Nothing was too much for the men who came to fit my combl boiler. Great workers, put in the hours over two days to get the job done properly. Explained what they had to do and got on with it. The boiler's fitted and working a treat. Many thanks for such a great job.

First time I have used this company and had seen previous good reviews. My new boiler was fitted yesterday. I am so pleased, Tinaro and his colleagues were so helpful. Tinaro came to give me a quote and less than a week later I have a new boiler and a nice warm home. Very impressed.

Started off well .Installation wasn't great.Flooded an upstairs room as left a valve open.Didnt fit and seal the outside vent correctly. Inside work could have been neater bit of a messy finish.Had a leaking radiator. Although remedial work done not a great experience hence the 3 stars

Again I've use serve north gas, and what a lovely outstanding job done once again, new radiators all through out my house, cleN workmanship polite lads and would reccommend them all.the way. Tino and Herman the engineer who done the installation is so.professional, truly superb company.

Really pleased with the new heat pump. Tinaro took time to talk through the process and was timely in responding all the way through. His team did a good tidy job and it seems to be working perfectly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any heating work.

We required a new combi boiler, out of all the companies invited Tinaro carried out the most thorough survey and backed this up with excellent professional workmanship.
We are delighted with our new Worcester Bosch boiler. And would highly recommend this company for anyone needing anheating engineer.

From the consultation to the carrying out of the work was professional and without any problems. The engineers who fitted our boiler were courteous and made sure everything was covered up before commencing the installation. At the finish of the job everything was left clean and tidy.

We contracted Serve-North Gas, Plumbing & Heating to replace our oil boiler with an airsource heat pump. From start to finish Tinaro was brilliant. He removed the oil boiler and replaced all our steel radiators with aluminium and helped with the order to ensure we got the correct ones for each room. Tinaro and his team worked long hours to get the job finished. He is very professional. Possibly the best tradesmen we have ever had. I'd highly recommend this company to install heatsource air pumps.

This company installed my new hot water cylinder, working long hours and with excellent results. I am very pleased and would use them again without hesitation. I recommend them to anyone needing first class engineering at a realistic price.

Our boiler stopped working on our return from Spain on 20th November. Although we had other quotations from other suppliers there appeared to be no urgency. Mr Mwedzi visited us on Thursday 24th and managed to provide us with a brand new boiler which he fitted on Saturday 26th November.
This was a first class job very well done and in extremely short order.
I would certainly recommend Mr Mwedzi as a reliable and excellent boiler engineer.

Arrived on time and stayed late to complete the installation of the new boiler and controls so that we would have the heating on ny night. Water was only off for a short time.

Excellent service from start to finish. Needed an unvented cylinder replacing, great quote and fitted very quickly. Even spent the time explaining how it all worked, which was much appreciated.

I haven’t written a review for an tradesperson previously but I was so impressed with this company that I feel I have to share my experience. I was a bit nervous using a company I hadn’t previously used, or been recommended by friends but I am SO GLAD I did. From the first meeting with Tinaro, who was friendly, professional, polite, and knowledgeable I was very impressed. He was able to explain what would be done in clear detail, gave me a good price and sent confirmation of his quote straight away. The work was carried out within 1 week. The job was done to such a high standard, quickly and neatly with a final explanation of what had been done, a show around of every bit of work completed and a tidy up.
I had a new boiler fitted to a new location, with new flue location, old boiler removed, radiators fitted.
Tinaro is a credit to his company. I will not ever go elsewhere now for any heating or plumbing work. I can’t praise the company, and Tinaro, enough and would be delighted to share my experience with anyone needing a recommendation. Top class company.

Tinaro came on Wednesday night and quoted me for a full combi installation knowing I had no heating he did not take advantage of the situation and gave a very competitive price, he organised all the parts and installed on Saturday with his workmate giving me hot water and came back Sunday and flushed my pipework and bled the system the job was left tidy with the old system took away HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,he even give a courtesy call 2 weeks later to see if everything was working OK and if I needed any assistance in understanding the timer or the system
