Great Support
I have hosting with this company for 3 years and I like it. It is fast, stable and easy to use. But today I have checked my control panel and my services weren't there, so I contacted the support, the reply was fast, helpful and in the end they fixed my problem.

Customer Experience
We have been customers with server.pro for around 10 years, we will continue to choose server.pro because of their attention to customer service. Their team is quick to respond to inquiries and are dedicated to assisting you with your server. They are my top recommendation. In addition, the diversity they offer is unlike any other. Back when I got my first Minecraft server, that was all they had to offer. Now you can host everything from Minecraft to a discord bot and in between. I highly recommend these guys! Can't imagine any other service to run my community on.

From free server to forced trial – very disappointed
Been using server.pro for about 10 years now, never had any issues with the free option.
However, today after playing on my server for 4 hours, I discovered that I now need to pay to continue using it, and that the server will be deleted within 24 hours if I don’t. This was never the case before. The option was always presented as 'Free', not as a 'Free trial' as it suddenly seems to be now. If it truly is a trial, it should be labeled explicitly as such.
What’s the point of calling it a free server if it’s only temporary? If I test the service for 24 hours and decide it’s not for me, I’ve simply wasted my time since I can’t even download my data afterwards.
On top of that, during gameplay I kept getting error messages about insufficient disk space, and some of the player data was simply lost because of it.
This feels like a betrayal of long-time users, and I’m extremely disappointed in the direction the service has taken.

Quick and Helpful
After we finished our modded Minecraft playthrough, my friends and I wanted to launch an Ark server. We had some issues getting it to start up, so we called support. They gave us a solution in a day or two, which is less time than I had anticipated. We were able to boot up the server with the help of the support, who also showed me how to install server modifiers.

Hackers entered the minecraft server…
Hackers entered the minecraft server even with the whitelist on and destroyed everything. Fifthcolumn were the people who entered the server named. So this site could not protect the server at all. Worst gaming experience.

Depending on how you have configured your server, the whitelist may not work as you expect, and you may need other methods to better secure your server against such players.
We also provide daily automatic backups that in the event something does happen to your server, you can always restore to the latest backup.

Great customer service, really helpful and understanding. Servers for Project zomboid, Valheim and even the custom minecraft modpacks me and the boys make for ourselves work well (If you know how to make them work properly). They DO have South East Asia via Singapore, which we go for but move servers to France when we dont have anyone joining from SEA.
Overall, great experience with this company. Me and my friends have been using their services even before the pandemic. We will continue to support this company's progress and highly recommend it. Wish they brought back the 6GB option but thats alright, 11/10.
