Jasmine, was super helpful in my purchase. I purchased a refurbished drive that I bought by mistake. Jasmine reached out to confirm in advance of processing the order and helped me fix that before it shipped out and became an even bigger mess. Great communication and customer service!!

Canceled two orders. A few days apart.. First was "out of stock". Second didn't even get a reason with out asking to find out it too was "out of stock" . Only to have both items relist with higher pricing the same day.

Also sends canceled order emails minutes before closing. Just shady business practice. Pricing errors happen own it. And this review wouldn't exit.

Needed a specific hardrive for my company's camera system. Got to talk to Steve about the hardrive I needed so I placed the order and waiting now for it.
Update: I have received the hardrive a week after I ordered it and it worked great.

Steve made it happen! I couldn’t find the Ubiquiti Omni Antenna in stock anywhere without a 6-8 week lead time and I had both shipped to my door within 2 days! 2 days!!!!!

Prompt shipment, got my system running right away

I did not immediately trust the website but I needed a flip scan card for my camera. I decided to give Server Blink a try. I am completely satisfied. If needed, I will definitely order again.

I worked with Simon productively to resolve a pricing discrepancy. He was prompt, helpful, and honest. I would shop with confidence with Server Blink - they were true to their word and provide excellent customer care.

Ordered a product from them because I couldn't find it on eBay.

It took four days to ship (they state it should take 2-3 at most on their site) and when it got here the label stated it was from a certain company, not theirs. That's where it got interesting.

Cause see, while I was waiting for them to provide me the tracking number I wound up finding a listing on eBay for the same product but cheaper with free shipping and I was about to request a cancellation because it's taking awhile. The eBay seller? It's the name on the package, it was even wrapped in eBay tape.

So this company up-charged me thirty extra dollars (+$20 for the product and +$10 for shipping) to place an eBay order and have it shipped to me.

So yeah, complete rip off. There's not even a silver lining here. They offer a product warranty but it's the same as eBay's, 30 days.

Another thing is that they probably did place the eBay order when I placed it on their site, but they're so lazy that they didn't even bother to provide the tracking number until the thing arrived on my doorstep.

Ordered some server ram modules, had to be a specific make/ model which they had for good price (all things considered with the global memory situation)

The CS rep Jasmine reached out me to confirm that I was aware these were used/refurbished units.

The modules arrived in excellent condition, and in very good packaging. Within static proof bags, the modules themselves were housed within a durable plastic case. Clearly effort made to ensure no damage by their shipping folks, nice touch!

Server Blink is a very responsive team...They solve problems, answer emails, follow up, and are extremely professional...Not many vendors like them any more. Great Customer Service, I will be using them from now on to quote all my projects. Thanks again Ben and Omer.
